Harris Teeter

I went into Harris Teeter to get this weeks sales paper for dates of 8/12-8/18. They are having a really good sale this week. The store in Chapel Hill was very clean and organized. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful assisting customers with their requests of sales items. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked appropriately. The sales items were clearly marked for ease of locating the correct items. I was very pleased with this store and feel you would also be. So, if you are near this location go check them out for your shopping needs.

Love this store. Great selection, great customer service. One time i got a product that had mold and i returned and showed them. They apologized, let us replace it with another of same or different brand and were extremely pleasant. It wasn’t their fault, product wasn’t expired, and it wasn’t obvious or easily visible, but they did right by us with no issue. This store is super nice.

Extremely clean store, very polite employees. The sandwich area is good. I bought a sub, and it was very good. Pizzas looked old and dried out. Rotisserie chicken looked very good.

Great place to shop for all your grocery needs and then some! I enjoy the people here Ned the friendliness of the staff! Love the Senior discount on Thursdays.

I love this Harris Teeter. Everyone who works here is friendly and they're always in stock of everything I need. I was surprised at how quickly they got certain items back in stock when the Pandemic hit to be honest. They have never let me down. It's always clean, and the Starbucks here is great too! HUGE shoutout to Joe who always gives great service, and thank you to the whole HT team.

Hannah, the pharmacist manager, gave me a deal on my expensive medication. She was also really great by asking a man who walked up and stood very close to me in line to back up and give me space. This is really important, not only for women but also with COVID etc., and made me feel really safe, she easily could have said nothing. She was very straightforward in the way you need to be in those situations. I would give her a raise if I had the power!

Bakery helped customize a cookie cake in no time!!

This place is AWESOME!. Best Customer service I have seen in a long time. Had a sandwich made and KJ made it. Best customer service extremely nice polite and did everything that someone should in customer service. Talked to the customer and made small talk. Something that everyone should do in customer service. Not to forget to mention my sub was fantastic. Will be coming back again . Also, informed the manager on duty about how great she was. Thought I would write a review just because it was so awesome! Keep up the fantastic work !

Harris Teeter has always maintained a high rating with me. They know how to most any issue. And they always offer a great variety. All of their staff are essential workers in my book. Thank you guy's ❤

There are about 7 Harris Teeters within 5 miles of where my wife and I live. They're all pretty similar in terms of cleanliness and selection. This location though? Best parking lot of the bunch. The others are extremely hectic...surrounded by several stores which obviously creates chaos in their respective parking lots. This Harris Teeter stands alone - independent of the riff raff - like a solitary beacon of hope and order. A safe harbor in an otherwise turbulent sea. That's why we shop there.

I have lived in the area for 7 years and have been a regular customer for that long. One of my best friends has worked there for the same amount of time. Given these challenging times, Trey was very helpful along with Jason and Nai Yan made my chef sampler fresh as requested!

The hairyteet, great grocery store good variety. Sometimes a little more expensive than some of ots rivals but the quality and appearance of the store is always nice.

The Meadowmont Harris Teeter has the best customer service I've ever experienced in a grocery store. Everyone was so genuinely nice today throughout the store, and helpful in showing me how to do my mapleview milk bottle exchange. I will now go out of my way to this HT because of it!

Harris Teeter stores have a consistent quality from one location to another. They're very clean, the staff is helpful, and it has a butcher counter as well as a great deli and tons of fresh produce

Home delivery is a life-saver! My order always arrives on time, exactly what I ordered, and the employees are always friendly and helpful if an item is out of stock.

Very clean and has a wide variety of foods and products that other stores don't have. I love the sushi. Excellent

excellent selection, helpful friendly staff, and good covid management. only complaint is check out person did not ask me if I was a VIC member and I forgot to enter on keypad so I paid more than necessary.

Deli or Fresh Foods was a pleasure today bcause of two very well brought up young men. They were very helpful with good manners to boot. As a 77 year old grandmother, I know how rare that is! Usually, young men's contempt for the elderly is barely concealed.

I found all the products I needed, too. That's Harris Teeter.

Some think its an over priced grocery store but I've found their prices and sales, especially double coupon days, better than others and fresh fruits and veggies are always available 😋.
