Circle K

It is no longer called BP here, but Circle K. It is a very convenient location. The interior is well stock. It is a little tight inside, so I am not 100% sold on it being convenient for the handicap. I believe code is 36" and they might be pushing it. They have plenty of parking. The gas station is busy. It is located on the corner of the mall. I believe they served coffee. Several restaurants are nearby and it is very close to Fordham and Franklin.

Hot half and half (microwaved) and fresh coffee I love it

A reasonable gas station in general, but their diesel gas price is still $4.99 while I'm seeing $4.49 and even $4.24 elsewhere.

The most sketchy gas station in Chapel Hill. And the crazy part is it’s in a great area of Chapel Hill lol

Does NOT have free air pump. Have to pay for air.

I was able to fill up my tank and that was about it. It is difficult to get in and out of this location and there is not a lot of space between the pumps. We went inside to use the restroom and were greeted by a hastily-written sign that stated "no public restrooms". If you're going to run a gas station, you need to provide restrooms (and clean them, too). Especially when gas is $3.30+ a gallon.

WATCH OUT: There is a deep pothole in the center of the parking lot when you first turn in. There is no notice of it and when it’s raining (not sure about clear skies visibility) it’s almost impossible to see/avoid and as I mentioned-it’s massively deep. Either patch it up or put something up to try and help your customers vehicles-fun fact: a pothole especially that size can knock your front end out of alignment or even pop a tire which is expensive and not worth the gas or anything else in that store that your customers may be stopping for. Please do something to help save the vehicles and in turn your customers wallets which translates in to PROFIT FOR YOUR STORE because that bill won’t be a thing they have to pay and instead, it can be spent at your store! Win-Win situation!

For the third day in a row I went to this circle k and the door was locked with a sign on the door indicating that staff would return in 10 mins. Reasonable I thought to myself on the first day but 3 days in a row at exactly the same time means perhaps circle k should amend its online schedule. Waiting outside tge door was a young man. Inside we could see who I later come to learn was the storemanger just kind of standing there. All of this I suppose could be forgiven. It was what happened next that lead me to make this post. After what was about a 14 minute wait a young lady in a red acircle k shirt walked up. And let us both in. The store manager who had been inside all along doing nothing greeted his late employee then looked at us and said "yall are lucky". The gentleman in front of me replied "for what"....and now all hello breaks lose. The store manager a white man clearly in his feelings about having to still be at work chose to condescending on myself, the gentleman in front of me, and the gentleman behind. When the younger gentleman corrected the manager by calling out the sheer lack of customer service the store managers response was to call the police instead of attempting at all to diffuse the situation or even hold his self accountable for the nature of the exchange in the first place.the gentleman infrint of me stood his ground as he should have but the storemanager was nothing short of rude a d too excited to call the police on a bla k MAn. I sat a d waited in the parking lot the police never came. But I was so bothered by the situation I decided to leave this post only to find one of the lowest ratings I've ever seen

I went into the store to get a cup of ice because I didn't want a bag. The machine already stated only ice so no soda was available. I was charged 95 cent for a cup of ice. No way does that make sense. 95 I could have got the soda with ice that was available that would have been the price. This store always don't have something or something don't work. Right off the highway it should be looked into seriously.

SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY STRIP CLUB...AND THE ATTITUDES FROM THE EMPLOYEE WAS WORST...NEVER AGAIN!!!

She started all good but she just gave me that actitude of getting irritated because I ordered lottery and I'm talking about the the clerk in the morning. She just don t know how to make everyone's day better instead when I went inside I just got out of the store feeling like I don't even Wanna go to work no more!!! Bad service clerk needs better attitude and find a job that makes her happy 😁

Call of the pumps are closed. Lights on. Pretending they have gas.

How hard is it to put a OUT OF ORDER sign on your air machines. Apparently very hard. Tried telling the attendant and he seemed very confused.
