I used to work at Coco Bean beside Walgreens before we moved and we would always come here to get what we needed. A pack of cleaning wipes or ice for the summer drinks - you name it - Walgreens was our spot to go. I also live nearby so naturally I come to this one often when I need something small but do not necessarily need to go shopping entirely. I cannot recall the name of the sweet older lady who works up front but she is so nice! She always greets me when I come in and goes above and beyond to let you know she loves her job and customers. I recently began getting my prescriptions here as well and I am always in and out - no hassles. I would also like to compliment how clean and nicely organized this store is. I cannot say enough good things! If you are in the area - this is your Walgreens to go to!

After really bad experiences over the past weeks from other places, this was just awesome. Shout-out especially to Simon, the operations manager, the nurse and everyone there. Everyone was super nice and professional. You are amazing and this is by far the best Chemist in NC Chapel Hill/Durham. Thank you.

I needed to visit this Walgreens on a quick business trip as I had forgotten my toiletry bag. I am terrible at finding things in stores so I asked a associate, Zack, for some help. he was super helpful, funny, and able to help me get all the things I needed. Considering my flight was an awful experience it was super great to have someone go the extra measure to be helpful and brighten the day. I am impressed by this excellent level of customer service, cleanliness, and everyone was masked and practicing social distancing. Keep up the great work Walgreens!

Best customer service I have experienced in years. Kindest employees ever. Nothing but love for this location. After being disappointed by almost every other pharmacy in our area this location shined and allowed us to get what we needed.

Prescriptions can be nearly impossible to get due to insurance companies. Pharmacist Katie has been nothing but helpful when issues arise. I hope Walgreens appreciates her as much as I do.

Great store, there were 4 staff in pharmacy (I used to work near a CVS with one, often long lines.) Prompt, excellent service, nice cashier near entrance, plenty of parking around if not in front.

Came here for flu shots, quick and easy. I wish the parking lot was better (the spaces are crazy narrow!) but that's not really Walgreens's fault.

Wonderful costumer service. Stopped by with a visually impaired friend and the manager helped us shop, pointed out the sales, and was extremely helpful.

They should replace the rug floor

The pharmacy is fine but you can never find a parking spot because people using the restaurant next door take them all despite signs saying Walgreens parking only. They need to enforce those signs by towing cars. It’s frustrating when you just want to pick up a prescription and you can’t get near the building!!

Store set up well. Two of the 3 staff members were very friendly. The cashier who checked us out was fairly rude. I will chalk it up to the fact that young. The location was super convenient so if I am back in the area I would shop there again.

This store is a convenient option if you would rather not drive into downtown Chapel Hill or all the way to Durham if you reside in Carrboro. The store is a little on the small side, but they typically have whatever OTC I'm looking for. I have had several issues with them not being able to fill my medications due to them running out or sometimes not even stocking it (b/c of the size of the store I guess).
