This is our favorite UPS store. We have been using it for 15 years. And even though we moved away from the neighborhood, we still make the trip to Meadowmont to use this store. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and we have never experienced s mishap of any kind in the delivery of our packages. Extremely reliable service.

I really love the support I get at this UPS Store. They have an excellent team of people there who have been so helpful. I especially love the help Julian has given me on projects I've undertaken such as brochures, booklets, and even programs for a funeral. He has a great skill set in designing and knowledge about different software to enhance my projects!! He helped me get in an "ad" that was sent from a program I didn't have on my personal computer. He was able to access it and got it appropriately placed in my booklet. I was so happy, tears were in my eyes!! That's how personal they make it there. The owner even helped me one day on his way out to an appointment with something I needed printed for a meeting that same day!! Melinda is also great to work with and extremely patient. Thanks to all the entire team there for being so friendly with patrons in the midst of returns, shipping, printing...you name it!

Stepping into this UPS store is like visiting friends or family. The owners and staff are the most warm, caring, and friendly people, and they care about excellence. They work together efficiently to ship packages and to track one if it's missing. I have a box here, and everyone is always patient and kind in meeting my needs. An outstanding business!!!!!! This is how all small (and large) businesses should be run.

If you need to ship something, look no further. This place is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Melinda Boyd goes out of her way to serve you. She LOVES what she does with hear heart and soul. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon Meadowmont UPS Store. Julian, the store manager is a delight to deal with too.

Every time I visit this Meadowmont UPS location, everyone is friendly and helpful. I always come away satisfied.

I'd like to compliment the UPS Store in Meadowmont and specifically Mr. Julian Davis for outstanding customer service. He was able to retrieve a package I sent to my niece for Christmas, she moved & I sent it to her old address. We were able to track the package & he made arrangements (with stores in CT) to get it back to his location in Meadowmont. This was totally my fault but he worked hard to fix the problem I created. My niece is now aware to clue her aunt in on future moves! Many thanks again.

It was the perfect customer service experience for me. The professionalism, sense of urgency with out feeling rushed and efficiency that Carly exhibited was top notch. I am not tech savvy and had the wrong code for a return and my phone was not cooperating very well and Carly helped me get the correct code all while showing great patience through my frustration. It was busy in the store and she continued to help me and acknowledge every customer coming through the door. Thank you Carly and I hope your supervisors know that you are an asset for the store.

I ship a lot of things and have been to many UPS stores around here. This is the BEST UPS store in the triangle, hands down. So friendly, nice spacious store, nice area, plenty of parking, super helpful. I’ll only go here from now on!

Sammy and Aishani had the best customer service I have ever experienced at a UPS store. I plan on coming back often and will be asking for them each time. The owners were also incredibly welcoming and kind and made the process stress-free.

This is by far the best UPS store in the general area. I drive past two that are closer to my house to go to the store because everyone here is significantly nicer and I never have any issues with my packages getting where they need to go.

We've had a fantastic experience with the team at the UPS Store in Meadowmont - Nimesh, Tejal and their whole crew are always happy, helpful and professional. I love that they have notary services available, and that we can come in anytime to check our mail. The location is very convenient, too. Highly recommend!

Eddie and Kathy, as owner/operators of this UPS store, are fantastic in what they do. They truly are a customer centric operation. They recently supported us and our family to transport critical family documents quickly and securely to “save the day” for us. We used them previously with great success as well. Wow. Where do I begin? To say the customer service at this location is fantastic, is an understatement.

I went to this UPS location with items that required refrigeration. Eddie (the owner) assisted me every step of the way. He provided me with tools to wrap the dry ice and worked with me until we were able to come up with a solution to keep my items cold. We had a few great conversations, and when I mentioned my dad worked for UNC, he told me that employees get a discount at his store. I walked out of the store feeling like I had a pleasant experience and even told my friends about it.

However, the customer service didn’t stop there. As I was leaving, I saw Eddie with my package, he was walking it over to the grocery store across the street to put it in their industrial fridge. That way it would stay cool in this 103 degree heat before it was shipped off.

Eddie even followed up with me on the phone to make sure my package had been received by the receiver and to make sure the items had stayed cool.

Everyone who works at that store is kind and extremely helpful. In our digital age, customer service is often forgotten or overlooked. This experience reminded me how important it is to be kind. Eddie takes a lot of pride in his business and goes the extra mile to show it.

Something I didn’t know before this is that UPS stores are independently owned. I think it’s important to support independently owned or small businesses. I encourage others to do the same and to be sure to support this independently owned business in particular.

I work for an insurance agency in Chapel Hill and we have been going to Eddie for various projects for many years now. They take care of printing our business envelopes, shipping, printing marketing material, letterhead, and other sorts of things that come up. The service is exceptional. I know that I can always count on Eddie and his team to get the job done in a timely manner and done right. He has been such a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to help people. If you want great service and need help with your projects, go to this store!

Exceptional customer service! Eddie and Kathy are total rockstars and helped resolve a shipping issue with the utmost courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. A rarity these days but most welcome :) This store is located near my office so we use them most of the time, but I will start using them all of the time. Thank you!
