What a relief! Another shop told me my tire would not balance and wanted to replace it even though it had great tread. The other shop literally had my car bouncing at normal speeds as I tried to drive down the road. Austin's wanted to see if they could make it right and they did--and quickly. They were super gracious and I am super grateful! THANK YOU to the team at Austin's!

Great experience with these guys for me. I needed a state inspection, an oil change, and an alignment. I went to 3 different oil change places, trying to get the inspection and oil change done, but I should have gone straight to Austin's.

The first 2 places said "the inspector will be here tomorrow" and the third place said my Toyota Tundra is too heavy for them to inspect. I was getting frustrated as my registration expired soon.

I called Austin's and they told me to bring it by. They did the inspection, oil change, and wheel alignment right away.

They were really friendly, and they didn't try and sell me on extra repairs or services I didn't need, which I really appreciated. 5 stars all the way.

I have not been to a non-dealership service shop in a long time due to having bad experiences with smaller mechanic shops in the past. Austins came highly recommended by a family friend and we were not disappointed. They were thorough, honest and straightforward in their approach. John was a joy to talk to and thorough in his communication with us. When we met Dave, we could tell his approach was to have a shop people could trust and keep coming back to.
We will be back and recommend taking your vehicle there as well.

Dave and John have been amazing on two occasions helping me long distance with my daughter’s vehicle while at college. In both cases (timing belt and electrical issues) on my RX have been diagnosed quickly and fixed at a fair price. I have a high degree of trust with this crew even though I’ve not been able to meet the team face to face!

The best mechanics I have ever been too. John is absolutely stellar at communicating and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. He now helps my sister, mother and friends and we are all completely satisfied. No need to keep looking for an honest mechanic, this is your place!

I had talked to John prior when my son got his water pump fixed in his VW car. The mechanics at Austins did a great job with that! Actually going above and beyond identifying the cause of the leak instead of just replacing it.
Today, I took my F150 in for a complete brake job and again they did a bang up job! Rotors were turned to specs and premium shoes put on at a very reasonable price since I am towing a travel trailer RV. My hat's off to all the mechanics at Austins Tire & Auto! Thanks John for all your help!!

The family and i was in town just for a week visit to the beach, found I was having a 10lb per day loss out of a tire, so I took it to austin's place.... very nice folks , they were a little busy, but was able to work me in , I appreciated that as I was a walk in. Approximately 30 min for the intake and fix, good conversation with several local people while I waited....I would recommend calling ahead if possible, just to see how busy they are. 25 $ and out...include pics of bill, the chuck of steel in tire and his business. Definitely will go back if we need service again while at the beach.

My van sounds a lot quieter(engine mount replacement) and brakes are amazing! Literally a life saver!

John at Austin gave me a price for replacement of my air conditioning compressor on my Toyota 2018. I bought it to another local auto repair and was told what Austin said, that the compressor needed replacement. The diagnostic and replacement charges at the other auto repair were much higher than Austin’s quote!!

I had a lot of work done on my car here. New engine and new heater core installations. David walked me through every process and had very clear estimates and reasons for everything he did and he was never difficult to get ahold of. I was very pleased with my experience here! Great group of people!

I will never take my vehicle back to a dealership again for any maintenance, these guys will get my business every time. Their experience shows through their work. I had several issues under the hood of my 96 4Runner and after leaving it with these guys for a week it runs better than it ever has, and it didn’t break the bank. They even pointed out a few more issues that weren’t detrimental but could be addressed at some point, and when I say pointed out I mean literally popped the hood and showed me what the issue was. I am very happy with the service. They also can work on anything, there was a Bentley Bentega in the shop when I dropped my 4Runner off.. pretty impressive. I highly recommend everyone to give these small business guys your business.

I had a tremendous experience at Austins Tire & Auto. I ultimately had to get the engine replaced on my Yukon and David walked me through everything that needed to be done and why. There was no pressure or overselling. The service and experience was impeccable and I will definitely be taking my other vehicles there in the future. I recommend David and the team there 1000%.

Friendly with fast & honest service. Wasn't sure what was wrong but the car was hesitating to start, could have been the battery, could have been the starter, it was fixed in 48 hours along with an oil change and complementary tire rotation. New to the area and finding a good mechanic is always tricky. Will definitely be bringing my car back here for its service.

The brake issue I was having was vexing me and other mechanics. David stuck with it and figured it all out- even going to get the part and driving my car to make sure it was fixed once and for all. He communicated with me throughout and was very professional. The price was more than fair and most importantly, I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and it is FIXED. Nice to have a place and a repainman I can count on.
