Harris Teeter

I was shopping on a Friday night, with a full grocery cart, and Randi did my checkout . She was so pleasant and helpful; she made a mundane night a little bit better. The little things mean a lot these days - Harris Teeter is lucky to have her, and people like her are why I shop there.

I work across the street, and for the past year, Donna and Rozy at the pizza station always greet me by name and provide a fantastic experience. HT corporate should study their excellent client skills. Give them raises please! There’s an older gentleman, not sure of his name, but I see him collecting carts in the parking lot. He also greets me daily and welcomes me, or thanks me for stopping in when I’m leaving with my pizza in hand. The staff at the self-checkout kiosks always crushes it too. Way to make this customer happy on a daily basis!!

My go to neighborhood Grocery store in Beau Rivage. The Managers and employees are friendly and attentive. Love to save $$ on Sr.Day every Thursday, my fiance and I shop there a few times a week because of the Quality of their Steaks,the Deli and the convient location and Sales prices as well. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Great Produce too! Nice shopping they needed more staff at check out but other than that made myself some very good appetizers when I got home. I love trying all the different cheeses they have. A wonderful selection.

My husband and I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter. If you have any dietary restrictions: lactose intolerant, nut allergy, vegan, etc. they have plenty of options. Also we get discounts on gas which is pretty sweet.

Wish there were more cashiers and that they got to sit down. Great selection and very clean stores. Reliably know I can find everything I'm looking for in one place.

Friendliest staff at any Harris Teeter that I have ever visited. Very pleasant and go out of their way to help their customers.

The lady Sherry that works there (I looked at her name tag today) always is so friendly and even puffs out the bags at the self checkout so that it’s easier for you to bag your items it is so nice and just an extra touch of making it nicer for the customers! I’ve never seen another employee do this at any other store!

I had to go to customer service to take care of something and the woman who helped me was so incredibly nice and helpful. It really makes my day to have someone so friendly and happy to deal with.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Love, love, love my home shop people (Cass, Jamie, Kirsten, and more), they remember me and know the products I like. Great, friendly customer service always and very helpful with all questions. One time when my children were preschool age, I called the store to say I was unable to pick up my grocery order due to a sick child and was willing to pay the delivery fee, the manager personally delivered the groceries without charge. I was so grateful!! They go way above and beyond all expectations for great customer service.

I want to commend the guy who makes pizzas on Monday nights! That guy does a great job! Beautiful pizzas and great service!

You cant beat the HT. Shopping sales for prices, quality of meats and generic products. The staff at Beau Rivage location are helpful and friendly. Only on peak weekend hours and before holidays is there a wait time. They have earned my loyalty forever.
Edited to add-Just left HT at 5:40 pm. No line, lots of cashiers!

I love Harris Teeter and their employees, kind and considerate. I have had a few problems with fruit not lasting as long as it should, ie... grape 🍇 Cherries 🍒. But normally returns are not issue. They have items that I buy on sale and e-vic coupons. I will say I am dissatisfied with fuel program. It has only allowed my family 25 gallons . I work hard on achieving the most fuel pts.. It very helpful with price of gas. I also had employee at HT gas station use the upcoming month fuel points, and lost out on $.90 a gallon. But need to followup on that incident. I'll keep you posted. If you think their prices are higher than you store give them a couple weeks and it all falls into place with sale and e-vic coupons. God Bless.

I went to Harris Teeter to utilize their Pharmacy as they have special offers. While I was there I did some shopping. I have used Harris Teeter in the past and I enjoy their selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. As well as prepared foods. The staff is friendly and efficient

Love this store! The staff is helpful and very nice. They offer order/pickup also. The store is always clean as well as stocked for special sale items. Fresh vegetables and great meat and seafood departments.
I recommend it highly, especially if you are a senior and like to shop on Thursday.

The associates were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find an item. Very professional and polite. Lovely store.

I've been doing our shopping at this location for 9 years. Great produce selection, excellent customer service, good range of brands and prices.
My son recently began working here (which does not sway my review) and during the training process he said they heavily emphasized customer service. That makes sense as I have always valued that about this particular branch.
