David was the kindest person we interacted with at this CVS. Best pharmacist we ever met. We lived out of town and David saved our vacation by helping us out! Thank you so much David! Would 100% come back!!!

Maybe the staff has turned over since all of the negative reviews because I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the pharmacist and staff! Friendly, helpful and professional. Wanted to post to offset the previous reviews, definitely not what I experienced recently

Mrs. Kristin in the pharmacy department is extremely helpful, totally out outgoing, and goes the complete extra mile and then some to ensure her customers are getting what they need and their options available. I will forever be a customer with cvs as long as Mrs. Kristin is working, I cannot begins to explain how much she helped me during a time of need. I have been sick for a while now and working, about five days ago my ear started hurting so bad I couldn’t return to work. Today is my sons birthday and thanks to Kristin finding apparently the only generic version of my medication in town and ordering it for me she saved me ALOT of money. I was close to not even buying the medication for my ear and hoping for the best after calling literally ever pharmacy in town and getting the same answer of not having a generic version. Again I am very thankful and happy to have stopped by your work establishment! Things happen for a reason! My appreciation Mrs. Kristin!

I've been to several of the CVS stores in the 4 years I've lived in Wilmington. I find this store on the corner of Carolina and Shipyard to be one of the best. The pharmacy is top notch. Always answers my questions about medications (who better to explain them). I never feel rushed and the only time they didn't have a medication I needed refilled they promptly had it the next day. The staff in the front of the store are welcoming and when they notice a line forming they quickly attend to it. I don't get all the negative reviews as I've never encountered any rudeness. I realize that staffing all over the country is down as a remnant of covid times so I have patience. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because we all can improve something.

Seeing terrible reviews...these folks are stretched so thin. I watched one pharmacist clock out and continue to log in inventory. This is a CVS problem more than an employee attitude problem. Been there three times in the last week and while sometimes slow, it is not because they are goofing off. Two calls on hold (blasting over the intercom), two cars in line at the drive thru and three deep in the inside queue. Two people scheduled and one working off the clock. Not an employee problem...this is a staffing problem.

I have been going to the CVS over by veterans Park for nine years and today I came across the rudest pharmacy tech!! Her name is Dawn and I have never encountered someone so rude in my 50 years. She would not answer questions about the medication and when I asked a question she just said she didn’t know, and that she couldn’t find it. Her tone was extremely rude and short and it was obvious. She is definitely in the wrong field and absolutely does not need to be dealing with customers at all. When I went to pay with cash she said they didn’t have change. I left. I will be pulling all my family’s prescriptions from this pharmacy moving forward. Dawn, you’re reading this, you were in the wrong field.

Rude pharmacy staff, slammed my medications down when I asked a question and that was the pharmacist!!! Older white women who needs to get another job if she has that much stress... All these reviews are soo accurate. CVS corporate really needs to take a look at this location. Worst location I've visited. On a positive note the young girls who work up front are always sweet and helpful.

Do not send prescriptions here. The pharmacy has been closed during business hours for 4 consecutive days while we have been trying to get a script filled. Any business without a continuity plan shouldn't be trusted.
