Scott the owner has been very helpful in our transition from California to North Carolina. Communication has been excellent when we received packages or mail before and even after we closed our box once we had our permanent address. Scott could have sent our mail back to the post office once we closed our box. But instead he held it for us until we can contact all our contacts to change our address. I say this is going beyond the call of duty especially during tax season. Very grateful to have met Scott for our mail box needs.

Outstanding customer service! The gentleman that’s runs this store( wish I had gotten his name) was a lifesaver for me. I was having difficulty finding a large enough box for an urgent shipment and he managed to make magic happen for me without asking for a penny! It’s people like this that give me hope for humanity.. thank you sir!

If you need anything shipped, faxed, printed or packed, Scott does a super job! I think he's the best on Carolina Beach Road.

The man with glasses? Rude! Didn’t even said hello! Just did his little come here motion with his hand.

Unfortunately, despite the staff being pleasant to deal with, I've shown up during standard business hours around 15-20 times in the last 6 months to find the doors locked. This varied from late morning to early afternoon. Often the "open" light would be left on as well without anyone inside. I've wasted too much gas trying to play the "are you open"? game here. I'd recommend the UPS store on 3600 S college. If living south, it's 5 mies further but at least they operate within advertised hours.

He got annoyed with me because he kept getting my information wrong. He tried 4 times, couldn't read my license, I let him know he got my zip code wrong and he kept getting it wrong 3 more times. I wouldn't sign the agreement with incorrect info. I was embarrassed for him, and he was in a hurry for seemingly no reason. There was no line.

I really need this service and I'm sorry I couldn't do business with them.

The older gentleman working there was really disrespectful. He was rude and after many times showing him manners and being polite I’m glad we decided to go else where. Trying to ship my sons bat and look at the response the owner gives.

I had 2 laminated 8.5 x 11 inch pieces of paper done. I needed it to contain 7 words as in a sign. The words (2 separate sentences) only filled up 1/4th of the paper. He said he could not make them bigger...and he is a printing place????
