Country Brook Animal Hospital

Country Brook Animal Hospital has been the vet hospital we have used for over a decade. Dr. Pipes always took great care of my pets and treated them like his own. Since his retirement we now see Dr. Sarah and Dr. Jennifer. Unlike most vets since office, you can go in the room with the vet at their visit too! The technicians are lovely and the front office staff is great too! My doggo recently had emergency surgery due to a routine neutering gone terribly from Spay Neuter Network in Crandall. Even though I live 45 min away, Country Brook is 100% worth the drive! As long as we are living in North Texas this is the bet we will continue to use. They also offer the most reasonable rates, don’t rush you and make you feel like family! My dog was so comfortable in the second visit he almost took a nap!

I love the doctors and staff at Country Brook! Every time I call Tammy is awesome, so helpful with questions and rescheduling. The lady who cut my dog Chuy’s nails was great too! I didn’t get her name, but she did a great job. Love, love this place and the staff, highly recommend!

My 2 yr old pup had diarrhea for several days so I went to Country Brook Veterinary Hospital. Since their remodeling, the waiting room is very big, more Doctors, appointment only, friendly staff, I give it a 5 star ⭐ I highly recommend Country Brook Veterinary Hospital!

Our appointment at Country Brook was great! My dog, Shamrock, can be very shy, but his doctor got on his level and took the time to make sure he was comfortable for his exam. They also made sure all questions were answered and that everyone was on the same page. I can’t say enough good things!

I love the care Oscar receives here. They saved my baby from an emergency and I couldn't be more thankful.

Easy to make an appointment and because my dog was ill they were able to get me an earlier appt. and when I arrived the staff was friendly and got us in to see the Dr. right on schedule. The Dr and staff genuinely care about making my dog feel comfortable and getting him well.

For the past 20 years, I have been a loyal customer of Brooke Animal Hospital. Their staff has always been amazing to me, and I trust them completely to take care of my pets. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option.

Wonderful staff from front desk to vet techs to the vets themselves. Dr. Jenny is awesome. They provide wonderful care. I took in a dog I rescued that had been attacked by a coyote possibly. It's a miracle this 13 yr old little baby has survived and she wouldn't have without Dr. Jenny's help. I highly recommend this facility! I first took one of my dogs there 13 years ago relocated then used other vets. I now live 75 mins away but they are worth the drive and I will no longer use another vet unless I have to. I will continue taking my new rescue as well as my other 2 furbabies to this office despite the distance.

We have brought our animals here about 20 years, and they just keep getting better. We love the doctors, and their technicians are so amazing! They care for our animals, as if they were their own!!!

The only thing I don’t like is that you must get in line through their website.
And you need to be lucky in order to get a place in line.
You need to get in line within the first 15 minutes of the hour at 600am.
Then it gives you an estimate on how long it will take them before they see you. But it so inaccurate.
I waited all day long when it originally said 4hrs wait.
The vet didn’t see dog me until 1 or 2 pm.
I arrived when the website said 30 minutes. And I waited over an 1 hr 1/2 (90minutes) at the clinic.

Overall better than before. When you had to sit there at the clinic the entire day.

Place is super nice!

Best vet and best customer service. I been bringing my fur babies here and I trust them so much. They have took care of my 4 legged babies for years and never had any complaints. Thank you guys especially the staff without you guys this place wouldn't be operating the way it does.

The best animal services in DFW. My girls love how they get treated at Country Brook Animal Hospital. Latte is a schnauzer who had surgery to correct a hernia and a cherry eye. They provided payment plans as well and she is doing well. Gre, my cat, got her annual vaccines with them. The team is excellent. They always call and send reminders and you get the service on time.

I like this animal hospital. Got to know about this Vet while I was volunteering with an animal rescue/foster organization. I now have my own fur baby and continue to come here for regular checkups, as well as, any urgent care needed. The individuals working here are caring and helpful.

Doctor Jenny sets a high standard for veterinary care. I have confidence that my pets are well-cared for when I bring them to her. Dr. Jenny is intelligent, compassionate, attentive to concerns, and provides various options. She successfully removed an ear polyp from my cat, and my cat is now content and free of polyps.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The facilities are clean and professional. This was for my kitten's first shots and spay. Kitty is back to normal (with meds) after only 1 day. So far, so good.

This veterinarian clinic is the best in Dallas. They staff is always friendly, professional, and informative. Been going here since 2003. Dr. Pipes is the best veterinarian in the world. He always treats everyone like a V.I.P. Their clinic is always busy due to the quality of their service. Patience goes a long way, the wait is definitely worth it.

We took our dog here after neighbors dog bit her on nose and lip. She could have used a stitch or 2 but Dr. Said due to where injury was she would lick it constantly and big chance of infection. She gave us option of giving her antibiotics and pain medicine. She spent a lot of time with us and gave us tips for her "happy tail", anxiety and teeth. Price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. Some places want to do as much as possible and make money. So impressed, this is our new vet!

It was our first time to visit this week, and it was a positive experience for me and my dog. The staff were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful (Dr. Holland and Elizabeth). The place was clean too.

We recently had to put our beloved dog to sleep. We rescued Starsky from the SPCA about 7 years ago. He was the best rescue Lab you could ever imagine!!! Countrybrook is the most compassionate place and the staff is fabulous in the way they helped us deal with the passing of our family member! I thank them for their kindness and going thru this process I have never been thru....if we ever get to rescue another dog...they are my vets for life!!! Love them!!!

Word can not describe how much I trust the staff there always so kind and loving towards ur pets,I was extremely worried to trust the vet with my senior baby but they really do seam to care,There always so patience with my dog even though my dog show nothing but anger towards them,They play around with her as a joke and it’s just the sweetest thing ever they always make sure that she feels loved and safe,She just now had surgery today and hope she has a speedy recovery,I absolutely love the staff there they are so nice and welcoming I will definitely will be recommending my friends this place💗💗
