SEPHORA at Kohl's

When I visit Kohl's, I'm there to purchase clothing or household items. While I don't visit often, I'm always welcomed by the wonderful perfume smell coming from Sephora.

I've been buying cosmetics from a competitor for years and often find myself returning for poor manufacturing or being misled by employees. I've been told by friends to give Sephora a try, so during a recent shopping trip, I made my way over.

I was greeted by a friendly staff who asked how they could assist? I was seeking out a specific item and was directed to manager, Cece, who listened to my needs. Cece spent a substantial amount of time with my picky self and, most importantly, heard me. She pulled several samples and tried each one, never getting frustrated as I noted the color wasn't right. She said if I wasn't happy with the color, Sephora's policy was to return the item and she would continue to assist finding me the correct color.

I complimented her on her own lipstick, and asked where I could find that color for myself. She led me to that aisle and I was pleased to know the same item at the competitor was $10.00 more - and on-sale at Sephora! I asked what color she was wearing and, after trying to remember, she went to her purse and retrieved her personal lipstick to match the color!

A week later, I returned as I felt the color(s) weren't well-suited. Cece was there and again, helped find a better color. The exchange was easy and I'm extremely happy. An added bonus is my boyfriend - who wouldn't know the difference between red and black, immediately noticed!

I highly suggest Sephora, particularly the Garland, TX store - and be sure to ask for Cece!

I visited the Sephora in Kohls yesterday at around 7:30pm and was looking for some good quality but affordable makeup in Sephora.Kayla was a very helpful young lady and was very honest about some products.Kayla was very sweet and kept a conversation going with me.She signed me up as a Beauty Insider and helped me save 10% off of my purchases since they are currently having a sale.I would go back just to have her help me find new trending but affordable products for myself again.

Did window shopping that day. Staff was friendly and were very courteous.

Cici was extremely helpful in finding products I needed.

Just stopped in for a minute to smell the Gucci Bloom perfume and it was amazing.

I was needing to replenish some of my skincare products during the Beauty Insider sale and didn't feel like driving all the way to Allen. How surprised was I to learn that there was now a Sephora in Kohl's so close to home. I got there and I was even more surprised to see just how many products they have! Almost like a smaller full sized location. The employees were very attentive and friendly. This location saves me so much time now! This girl is supper happy and will be back soon!

She truly went above and beyond to make my experience here five stars. She thoroughly answered all of my questions, helped me try products to find the right shades, gave great recommendations, and was so patient as I went back and forth on deciding before checking out. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and deserves the recognition for going above and beyond! I spent way more money than I intended and gained a whole new skin care routine and it’s thanks to the time and kindness she gave me at today’s visit. Thank you Heba!

Very sweet employees. Love the clean green products that they sell here and when you are in the store the girls help you with what you need for all our skin concerns!
