My agent name is Beauty that's her first name, she greeted me and I explained that I already had a established coverage with another insurance but adding the new vehicle for just liability was just as expensive as full coverage. she was very patient and she asked questions found discounts for me by asking the right questions I have a CDL and addition I am a Sam's member she got me a discount that is 30% cheaper a month which is right on my budget. Thank you for not being an aggressive salesman for understanding that this is my budget and I couldn't afford anything else.she worked hard to match my needs.

Maria and Beauty are wonderful !! They are always very helpful with my policy issues and also helping me with my daughters policy. Very pleasant personalities over the phone and in person. I always ask for them when I call in because I know they will get it done quickly. I've been a customer now quite a few years.

I have been working with Beauty for about 3 or 4 years now and I MUST say that her Customer Service is AMAZING!

The staff at this location are 100% responsible for gaining me as a customer AND keeping me as a customer! THey have consistently proven to be attentive, knowledgeable and informative, breaking down all the "insurance lingo" into layman's terms that I could understand. My visits to this office have always began with me racing in there in a panic and ended with me leaving calm, cool, collected and satisfied!! Charles is so awesome! After getting no useful info at all from the 800 number (the rep didn't even know what an SR_22 was!), I almost had second thoughts about my car insurance provider!!!! Remembering how positive my experiences have been at this specific location, I drove over . Charles went above and beyond by eve offering to fax my SR 22 to DMV for me to expedite things even more! However much these two people (I keep wanting to call the lady in the office Marybeth but I think that's wrong) make, they need a raise and they deserve it!
