Dollar Tree

Everytime I'm on this side of town, I make it a point to stop. The young lady Belinda V is always welcoming. She makes sure my purchases were what I want. And if I can't find something, she literally goes out of her way to help me find it! Maybe the other Dollar Trees ought to benchmark from Miss Belinda V

They have adorable Halloween (create your own) wreath accessories: ribbon, charms, ornaments, etc. I purchased the last three 18in wire wreath rings. The cashier told me they were stocking at the time, so hopefully they'll carry more throughout the week. I'm definitely going by tomorrow or the next day for more. KUDOS to the staffing upgrade!! 🥳 I don't want to say they're new because they're definitely experienced. The last couple of times I've shopped here they have been great, so friendly. They don't/didn't act bothered when I ask/asked for assistance. Super ecstatic they've made these needed changes!

This dollar tree was great at every department. Both the cashier CJ and the stocker for that shift were very kind and helpful. CJ is a great example of exemplary customer service.

It was all bad at first wn I gt over here like 3 months ago BUT KNOW...... IT'S GREAT.!!!!!. I MUST ADMIT KNOW I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE all that comes in on tha truck goes out on the shelves... Not on tha floor in surprise brown boxes w no labels on them knowing my products are in there. The store stays neat know w less workers at that. And there's hardly a wait know no matter what time you get there. That's why wn u go go early cuz u gotta understand they ready to go cuz these ladies (I hv never seen a man working here) 🤔🤔🤔.wk hard. I don't know them all but my personal opinion is the team know is awesome 😎😎😎 keep up the good work cuz "IT'S ONLY A GOOD DEAL IF U GET THE DEAL"

This Dollar Store located in Perrin-Oaks Shopping Center is fantastic!!!. The store is large and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love purchasing wine glasses for gifts and personal use from the Dollar Tree. This store had a cute variety!

This place is great, with extra nice employees 👍 Candy, decorations, office stuff, Diet Coke and kitchen items all for $1.25 -- awesome!

Largest Dollar Tree I'm aware of on NE side. Continuous delight of awesomely great items to choose from or get one of all 😃. Very neat, clean, put together store, items always neat on shelf and never messy and out of place. Employees helpful and aware of any item location every time so far as I've needed. Just luck or knowledge of store placement of items is 1000℅ due to the change of product month to month that part of their retail sales come from. Very impressive store.

It's good when that one moody girl isnt there...I'm sorry but if u don't like your job u should look elsewhere or if ur mad from something that happened to u before I got there that's the past and has nothing to do with me glad I didnt see her there when I was there...staff is pretty professional check them out. i believe the moody lady is gone they have way better friendly staff now

I walked in the door and got a friendly greeting and it was very clean and organized. All the employees were super nice especially the cashier Jennifer she was quick but accurate👌 and was promoting all of the specials. Thank you for making my experience with the dollar tree great!!!!!

Let me start by saying don't get the wrong impression of this store because it's kind of big Warehouse looking that isn't as pretty as some of the little strip mall ones. Staffing in a store with high volume like that seems to be difficult to see a lot of new faces a lot of times but I also see familiar faces excellent employees and the Troopers stay loyal and they handle their business. those were the cons of the store now here are the pros.
Doing this, in kind of a semi list of pros and cons that would be the con it in my opinion you are the pros.
I have been a shoping there for a couple years,and some of the things keep me coming back volume a customer service I can actually put names on the customer service there they would be Cashier Ms. Angela & Assistant Manager Ms. Cheryl , the Store manager Mrs.Maria who all had several occasions and giving me 100% fabulous customer service I'm disabled and I never have to ask for help there his offered right away every time.if you want who likes to shop at Dollar Stores Dollar Trees & More ,99 Cent Stores Etc Just stop in here see what yall think. and also remember everyone has a day whether or not we like to admit it I'm just not 100% everyday well I hope you get to see what I see and that was always 100% customer service at the Dollar Tree & More located at O'Connor Road and Nacodooches in our great City San Antonio, Texas 78233 .
PS I'm not saying that is perfect store but it sure is nice to go in and go out it's Smile on your face , and good bargains your hands.

This is the best dollar tree I've ever been to. So much of a variety. Big store. I completed all the shopping for 12 FAMILY MEMBERS for filler gifts, stockings, decorations & Xmas packaging in this store. Took me over an hour but WHEW... DONE!

Love that they have such a varied inventory. Great buys, great prices. Who doesn't love a good bargain and saving money? Right?

I enjoy going to this DT. It is usually well stocked and organized. Its a smaller store, but they have a good selection. They have some good refrigerated and freezer items I can't usually find at the bigger store I usually go to.

Its dollar tree not much to say but you can get anything in there for $1 or less what's not to like about that. Picked up some balloons for my dad's caregiver for her birthday and I had plenty of options also picked up a quick snack for lunch.

The experience I had a Dollar Tree is a positive one. The customer service was good I basically can find what I need at a price that I can afford especially being on a budget
