The Perrin Beitel HEB will become our primary grocery store this week when we move into an apartment nearby . Went by to buy a few items for the new location. Basically this HEB uses the same systematic arrangement and carries the same products as the HEB Grocery Store on O'Connor which made it easy to find what I needed. The checkout clerk & bagger were friendly as my groceries were carefully packed. The parking slots close to HEB Grocery Store were packed mostly with disabled customers. Should feel comfortable shopping here after several visits. Shop at HEB twice a week

I am new to this area and this H‑E‑B is my store. I recently called to order a cake to celebrate surviving Stage 2 renal cell carcinoma. I had to send someone to pick up the cake for me because I couldn’t get off work in time and when it was time to pay the manager put a sticker on my cake that said no charge. When I tell you this brought tears to my eyes you have no idea!! I’ve been dealing with so much and lately it seems there are very few caring people but this touched my soul in a way I can’t even put into words!
Thank you H‑E‑B. Thank you a million times for putting some happiness in my heart and reminding me there are still good people in this world. Thank you!!!

I love the smaller size of this store location on Perrin because you can run in and out quickly. Not too crowded. Seasonal selection, party decor and toys are smaller here.

This is my HEB! EVERYONE is so friendly and amazing! For a smaller store, it has a great variety! Every department is helpful and the customer service is the best!

I really love HEB! No grocery place like It! You can find almost everything you need!! New update: I love HEB but recently I've noticed that the Thick Cut bacon 🥓 is so thin!! Really disappointed, if you pay for thick cut, it should be thick cut, it tears up as you're separating it to cook, love you HEB, PLEASE FIX THIS!

This is my local grocery store, I am in here ALL OF THE TIME.... I LOVE that there is always an amazing selection of just about every category of food you could want or even imagine. The fruit is ALWAYS fresh and so beautifully ripe, and they're always bringing in new products that absolutely blow my mind. Also, they recently re-arranged parts of the store ENTIRELY and brought in a HUGE amount of new supplies of all different types - even some products with brands I've only ever seen sold online prior to finding them here!! I initially thought I would hate the new arrangement when they were in the process of moving everything and setting it up; but I was, and still am, pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy things now.
On top of that, they have AMAZING made & ready to heat single/family serving option dishes at AMAZING PRICES. Some of these meals, I have said many times to others, I feel, beat the taste, quality and price of most restaurants. Even their chicken and turkey salad options are a hit, and so Delicious I can never just buy a small tub!
If all of that isn't enough, they have online AND in store coupons to lower your costs more than what their low prices would already give you, and their EMPLOYEES never miss either. They are always cheerful, helpful, kind, and very polite.
I never dislike having to make a stop into this location to get something, whether it be a couple of things, or an over flowing baskets worth 🤣🤣
Definitely better than other HEB locations I have been in over the years.

Today I visited this tiny HEB for a few supplies, which is unusual. While in the "self-checkout" I saw an employee named "Monica" give tremendous kindness toward a disabled person; I was absolutely impressed! Obviously we need more "Monicas" in this world, not less ....

Love HEB! Everything I need is in one place. Prices are going up, not great but still a great place

It was a nice experience. Holiday week and the store was clean, staffed and shelves full. Handicap parking and everything on the first floor.

Doesn't have the variety of products I would like, but most stuff is reasonably priced.

Recently, with the gas shortage jacking up prices sky high, they are not as reasonably priced as they once were.

Do have to say that more often than not, they have stuff available online for ordering, only to inform us before pickup that they don't have that and are substituting something 'comparable'. Not always with what we really wanted. 😫

I have to say that for the most part, their Real Simple meals are a good bargain for the price. When you consider what going to McDonald's or Wendy's costs, the price is comparable and the food is better and healthier for you!

I am getting fonder of their prepared deli meats in half-pound containers. Just get some bread, mayo, and the meat of your choice (currently tuna, rotisserie chicken, turkey with cranberry, and seafood) and voila, instant lunch. Much cheaper than going to McDonald's or Wendy's, and healthier too!

The staff is ready and able to help and I was surprised when Josh ( cashier) and Sean ( cashier) both recognized me after having to leave and come back with my correct card. They were sweet enough to make sure and hold the items instead of making me go shopping all over again!

Employees so cheerful and happy to even guide you to areas and explaining products on sales and savings. Extremely clean restrooms.

It's a HEB. Haven't gone wrong yet with one. This one is a bit older but still clean and efficient.

Nice store with many vegan items. They also make there own vegan cakes.

I make any excuse to come here and get these bowls! I love all the Sushiya food and no matter what time of day I go, it all looks and tastes fresh. Better than other Sushiyas. The people who make this food are always really nice!
