Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I use Enterprise whenever I need a rental car.
The cars have always been clean and appear to be well maintained. I normally get my rental vehicles at the Enterprise location on 1254 East North St Rapid City SD. They have all ways treated me well, picked me up, and delivered me when needed.
I recently had the opportunity to use them at Columbus Ohio Airport. That was different.
Staff at the counter were friendly. I was directed to parking bay to select my vehicle. 1st time, I have had the experience of selecting the vehicle I wanted from a line of available vehicles. I was a little lost, and there did not appear to be an Enterprise representative available to guide me.
After about 5 minutes, a representative from another rental car company came over and explained how to select my vehicle and which gate to drive out of to be checked out by Enterprise. The person at the Enterprise gate was efficient. Noted and looked at some minor scratches on the vehicle, and I was off on the road.
Turning the vehicle in was very easy. The attendant was friendly and courteous. Asked some questions about the vehicle, explained where to leave it and the keys.
There is a free shuttle service between the airport and the rental car area.

Great customer service. I had used this rental service through my insurance when my truck was in the shop. I didn't have to do a thing. The service reps took care of everything. Answered all my questions right away and gave me a ride back to my truck when it was done.
Would definitely recommend this business.

Great service! I went a little later than I expected to return my rental and needed a ride back. Abby helped get me squared away and then drove me home. I was visiting so we spoke the whole time and she was absolutely wonderful! Just wanted to make sure she was acknowledged for being courteous and friendly! Thanks again Abby!!

The Rapid City location was amazing! They were patient, kind and most of all ACCOMMODATING! They worked with me every step of the way and were personable when I finally met them in person. It wasn't just a car rental, they gave us ideas for our trip. I can't thank the Rapid City team enough.
Denver was a simple drop off, but not as personable but still efficient.
Enterprise as a corporation I believe needs some work. They weren't very accommodating, and I feel like they are taking advantage of all customers and more so not accommodating their corporate accounts who help support them on a regular basis.

This review is a year late, but this Enterprise is the standard I continue to compare every rental car location to. Everyone at the location was attentive and excited to show us different locations to go around Rapid City.

What a great location. We had a breakdown and had to get towed from the middle of nowhere Montana to Rapid City. I booked online in the tow truck. Called ahead and got them to meet us at the shop and we were processed quickly and efficiently right at the scheduled closing time. They went above and beyond and were patient with me as I changed the vehicle I wanted at the last minute. I cannot say enough about how great and accommodating the team was here. They made a inconvenient day so much better and allowed us to continue on with a great vacation. Go with Enterprise in Rapid City they will treat you right.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating and efficient. Small car I was in had absolutely unusable windshield wiper blades in the winter. I stopped back in, and they quickly swapped the entire car out with very little time, and no inconvenience to me. I highly recommend them.

This was one of the quickest/ smoothest rentals I have ever had. The people were friendly and professional. They even gave me a ride when I returned the car. I would rent here again

Check in / out process was great w/ no issues.
Some question regarding insurance coverage and my rent rate remained at billing time but the administrative person took care of everything and the experience was a great one. This rental was because my car was broken down 3 states away from home. This is when you really need a rental service you can trust and depend on and Enterprise fills that bill wonderfully. Thanks guys, keep up the great work, you have my vote.

I rented a car at Rapid city South Dakota. The employees were very very friendly and helped us through out the process of leasing. We had to return the car one day early and they helped with smile and professional attitude. The overall experience was excellent and we will rent from Enterprise again.

Enterprise is awesome. They helped me renting a car for the weekend. They gave a new 2020 Ford that was great. They were busy on Friday night but still helped me out promptly, and they picked me up at my house and gave me a ride home. Their rates are exceptional, get the weekend deal. Excellent service at this location. My car was in the shop for repair, and my insurance provided this rental. Enterprise provided a free upgrade and waved the need to return the car with gas. Service was timely, I was picked up promptly, and after a 30-day rental, I was driven home by a very polite and courteous manager. I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location.

In the past, I have not always had such a high level of service (Mesa, AZ) and I'm really glad to see that this Enterprise location in Rapid City has excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.
