Most comprehensive care easily available I love my medical providers from internal medicine to my specialists lab and pharmacy as well as radiology all in one bldg is super convenient I rate this place at 10 out of 10 for providing me the best medical care of my life and I’m over 60 years old now

Dr Panday is a fine and very intelligent I would recommend him highly if you need an Electric Physician

The scheduling department needs to be more consistent and sensitive to patient frustration. The facility is very clean majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like the director to consider more handicap parking.

They did the tests and gave results, That's it.

Can omly get consots with mant many months waiting fit. This after axccurate serious dianosis with critical meeed for urgent treatment per appropiate plan. Htoyallt inaccurate info in histoyry entered into SYSR. MEANWHILE 2 0PUS YEAYS. OF NO TRATMEVT OR FOLLOWUP. MEDICAL NEGLECT!!!!

They used to be quite good. Now you cannot get into your primary care doctor even for serious issues and are only allowed to see an np or pa who are fine for very basic things but they are not doctors and do not have close to the amount of training a doctor receives. I have complex health issues. I’ve had a serious issue for 3 months and have seen the np twice who has no idea what it is and referrals to a UT doctor even on an urgent basis are 6 months of waiting. So I wait and am really suffering. I broke my arm today and still can only see an NP. I’ve splinted and had EMS evaluate and they say follow up with doctor get an x-Ray. That this is not for the ER. I agree. I should not have to sit in an ER to be told the same. Not to mention my insurance probably won’t cover ER. I’m in extreme pain but it does not seem to matter. There is no ability to see you even for 5 mins for a referral. These cost cutting measures disregard patients and I am really tired. I only stick with it because I am too exhausted by all my health issues to figure out a whole new set of doctors. If you voice a complaint they roll their eyes. The management of IT health has some serious work to do.

I recieved a call from Rebecca Arredondo via my chart stating i need to take care of the referral myself. This is a joke of a doctors office where no one on staff cares about your health.

Initial visit was good, bedside manner good, front office professionalism good, however Ive been waiting over 2 weeks to get a referral for a very important appointment. My chart does nothing if the doctors ignore you WHICH THEY DO! when you call you have to wait 20 minutes before you speak to someone, just so they can give you the same lack of information you have on my chart. They do what they need for a good initial review/survey and thats it. This is in reference to the MARC clinic on the first floor. Nurse practitioner Ronda Lantz to be specific.

Went to see GI at UT Health because of trouble swallowing, and I was told to go to emergency room if it felt like my throat was going to close. Dr. expedited endoscopy but it was scheduled a mnth later. Went to emergency room twice because of this condition, and was told at second emergency i was experiencing throat and esophagus spasms. I was prescribed strong diazapam to relax the muscles. And I was told by 3 different doctors to see a GI. I did see a GI at UT prior to emergency room visits. What a horrible experience. Called another GI and was scheduled an endoscopy within the week because of symptoms. And another thing, the first appointment I had with this GI doctor, and was explaining my symptoms he would move his head impatiently gesturing ...like if he didn't want to listen to my concerns.

Worst service EVER received. Don't go by the looks of hospital. They are not professional at all. Nurse there entered incorrect information in the computer which caused doctor to treat wrong. They never mail you your lab result unless you request them by calling them and waiting on hold for long long time, and they will not tell you that we will not mail you unless we request it. When doctor called he hardly talked and explain the results.

Dr. Galindo is a wonderful doctor. But the staff is so rude there. I hate coming to UT orthopedics. Even when i went to get xrays. The staff was so rude.

Awful experience. Will elaborate when time & energy allows.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Don’t go here!
