I upgraded to a new iPhone. Marilyn did a GREAT job helping me transferring all my data from my old iPhone to my my new one! This is my third iPhone and I will DEFINITELY be back to this store to my next iPhone. I have been an AT&T customer for 16 years.

I went to the store in the Huebner Oaks plaza and the people there were extremely rude and were too busy playing on their phones to assist me. I left and went to this store on Medical Drive and it was like night and day! The service was amazing and delivered with nothing but smiles! This will definitely be my new go-to store!!!

I’m a little technologically challenge so I appreciate the time she took to make sure I understood everything. I had a great experience at this location! The manager Iris was very professional and her employees were extremely knowledgeable. I came in to get a phone for my youngest son but left saving more money and with fiber for my apartment. Highly recommend this location

Service was great I went in to purchase an iPad ,new line & iPhone. I was in and out in under 45mins. Same day the manager text us to the new line make sure everything turn on ok !

Came in for some bill questions and left with with two new watches! Eric was a great salesman and made it personable from the very get go. Looking forward to visiting soon to knock out some Christmas shopping.
