The pharmacy tech that was on staff was awesome, she was helping a couple people at a time to make things fast and efficient. You really don’t see that type of work ethic anymore. I would’ve added her name but she was busy so I didn’t want to take up any extra time, but I was there on Tuesday around 7pm ish.

They are one of very few If not the only 24 hour pharmacy left in San Antonio, meaning no matter the time or urgency we have access to being able to get medications , they are kind, patient and very informative.

First time shopping at this CVS Pharmacy location.
I was out of a couple of necessary items. An easy in and out. The employees were helpful and offered assistance if I would be in need.
I like this location honestly have never had a bad experience at any CVS Pharmacy.

Not only did she help me find the stuff I needed with accuracy but she saved me from burning in the hot sun. I locked my keys in the car and she gave me a solution to solve it when she didn’t have to at all. There was another lady in the store that she helped. She was flabbergasted at how friendly and kind Lennah was as well. Like a breath of fresh air it’s hard to see customer service like her anymore. Thank you management for great reps like her and for truly caring about the community. Give this woman her own store. I know it will beat the Walgreens across the street!

This store is in a very trafficked location. I've always had a good experience here. If there is an issue, team members are pretty quick to respond. Store is always clean and pharmacy is helpful even when just looking for an otc product.

While the hold times remain long to reach the pharmacy by phone, Vanessa gave me an amazing customer service experience! Besides being kind, courteous and patient, she went the extra mile to find me the best savings for my prescriptions. Thank you so much Vanessa! You are much appreciated!

OMG Donna was SO helpful today and patient on the phone. She walked me through, with total patience, how to use the CVS care card and it's benefits. She was so helpful!

This is why, I really enjoy the savings and safety provided by CVS while I'm attempting to complete daily tasks related to living while homeless.

This CVS is hardworking and really tries to help you with any problems you have. It is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area so of course it is going to be busy. The staff is great and takes their time ensuring each customer is completely satisfied. The ONLY negative thing I can say about the actual CVS store, not pharmacy department, is that EVERY time I come there are at least 6 children running around reaking havoc, which can be very frustrating especially after a long day. I know this isn't CVS's fault but if you want to avoid children I would avoid this CVS!

It was late at night and We needed a prescription filled for our baby and this was one of the only cvs open, the pharmacy worker was helpful and nice! they are open 24/7 and even on holidays!

Went to CVS on Medical & Wurzbach to purchase a knee & wrist brace. The manager was Extremly helpful going above & beyond making sure i bought the correct braces. Thank u so very much!!! I LOVE CVS

12/25/19- I had stopped by to purchase a aluminum roasting pan for a turkey. The CSA that I had spoke with prior before going to the store assisted me. She was very nice. Well the roast pans was the perfect size for a small turkey. And I could not be any happier since walmart and heb are closed on xmas day.

I love this pharmacy I been going there for years they are fast and friendly even if they bizzy the always so helpful and I never worry about the refills I know they will take care of it

Very helpful staff. Great customer service @ pharmacy. I live on the medical center area and have always gotten my medication at this store and so far they've been exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Marlin gave me the best customer service! He saw i was carrying a lot of items and grabbed me a cart. He went above and beyond to take care of me

They’re so busy, but the pharmacy techs were really nice! Lori told me my prescription had a coupon by the manufacturer online so I googled it and it saved me $125.

That is the best clean,fast service,friendly place I always go there for meds,water,gum,and all little things I need anytime of day or week,so keep up the great job CVS Employees.

Love this place, better than the shop next door all day... Never had an issue with prescriptions and they conveniently carry delicious snacks!
