i am 100% happy with brett clayton. he is the polar opposite of the corporate robot. its like going
back in time by 30 years. brett actually appreciates the customer. he is knowledgeable. he is there to help you. he is genuinely patient. not fake patient. you don't have to prod him or out debate him. you know why? because brett is on your side! the allstate phone reps at the corporate level are as bad as the worst corporations that modern times have produced. if you deal with allstate, i speculate that you will be better off going thru your local agency and avoiding allstate corporate at all costs.

My agent went above and beyond to aid me in selecting the right plan for me. There was no pressure just information to make the right choices for me.

Had hail damage to the roof in October that caused a huge leak. Roofers from across the street could see the damage it was so extensive. Claim denied. Had a hailstorm happen a few weeks ago. New leak appeared tonight. Can’t wait to get denied again by this scam company. Roofers call it Allsnake for a reason, do not use them. Change your insurance. They will scam you out of your premiums and leave you with a leaky, destroyed roof.

Been with them three years and saw they added a person to our policy that wasn't even a part of our household. After trying to speak with them about removing them, they jacked up our price. And still wouldn't remove the person. My husband and I tried calling several times over 2 weeks and never received a call back. Nobody would even answer except for the first call asking to remove the person. The customer service is very sad and we are very disappointed in the way they handled or didn't handle this situation. We ended up finding someone else that ended up being cheaper and helpful. Don't recommend Clayton insurance

They have been having the wrong address on my rental insurance for months, they send me mail just fine, and I keep telling them to change my rental insurance policy but it’s not being done.

I am basically paying for nothing, being they can’t get their stuff together to change it to the right address.

Just poor customer service all if the way around!
