I have rented two 10x15 units from this ExtraSpace for almost 1.5 years. I am very happy to choose this one. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The temperature and humidity are well controlled all year round. Tomas is always friendly and helpful. He always tries his best to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this storage. This was my first Storage rental ever and I was very pleased. Tomas was absolutely great!! I original booked a 10x7 but when I came to look at it, it was too small and Tomas was helped with transferring to a bigger unit and waived the transferring fee. He made sure I was happy with the new storage unit before I left. The facility is nice and clean. I recommend Extra Storage.

It was very easy to rent the space online and move in. They have carts and elevators that make moving in easier. We rented for just a few months. After 3 months are rent went up by a third, but fortunately we were ready to take our stuff back. Moving out was really easy too. Highly recommend!

This is an initial review as I just rented a storage space from Extra Space. When searching for a medium-sized, in-door & climate-controlled storage facility, I found prices all over the board. I read as many reviews as possible and decided to go with Extra Space Storage at 11200 FM 620.

I reserved a space online and was contacted by Tomas the next day to finalize my reservation. I stopped in & Thomas was very friendly, showed me the unit, and also saved me some money on the rental over the price quoted online. The facility is very clean, bright, and appears very secure. For my short-term needs, the facility and cost are excellent.

I signed a year term in a 5x5 last year so I could stack the things that wouldn't fit in my new apartment. Tomas was very helpful and kind, with a happy energy which made me feel safe. Here we are a year later and I decided to move into a 10x7 so I could organize old and new things and get to them easier. Once again Tomas helped me find the perfect unit and I decided to pay a year term to lock in the "special on-line rate" which he honored. I love that it is near a speaker, which they play music 24/7. I highly recommend this location and Tomas is awesome!

I’ve been a customer since 2020 and have always been very pleased with the location and convenience. Tomás (the manager) has always been very attentive whenever I needed help. Today I needed help moving from one unit to another and Yolanda was very helpful and motivated, working with me to get me the best arrangement. I will be staying with them for a long time.

I highly recommend this Extra Space location. It's the first time I use a self-storage service, I have good experience. Mr. Quintero is very friendly and helped me signed up. The indoor storage unit is neat and clean, the price is good, the parking lot is adjacent to the busy RR620, I feel safe when I pick my stuff at night （customer have access to the storage unit from 6:00am to 10:00pm）

We have rented a space here for almost 2 years. Sometime in the past year or so we misplaced the key to our unit. We did not call ahead but just dropped in. Tomas, the manager dropped everything to help us out. He would not even let us clean up from where he drilled out the lock for us. Great customer service.

The renting process was a breeze and when it came time to move out Tomas was attentive and incredibly helpful! I had lost my keys to the lock and he was able to break it for me at no cost which was a huge relief as I had thought I was going to have to buy a replacement key or that there would be charge for breaking the lock! Thank you Extra Space Storage and especially thank you Tomas!

Tomas cares so much about this storage facility He went above and beyond to make moving stuff in, as well as out a great experience. Overall this Extra Space Storage was very clean and secure.

Also this location has always been clean and well-maintained.

Working with Extra Space Storage has exceeded my expectations. Ordered the unit online, received a text with my access codes in less than an hour, went over to the unit and everything was setup and ready to go. This is a new facility, so everything is incredibly clean and in good order.

If you want friendly, fast and clean - Thomas at Extra Space Storage in Austin! Needed a storage ASAP and he helped me within 6 minutes till closing. The next day I got my belongings into storage, no hassle nor time consuming!! Highly recommend!
