Final Cut Steakhouse

We chose this restaurant specifically for a good steak meal. Everything from start to finish was lovely. We had the NY strip and skirt steak. We chose whipped potatoes and asparagus as sides. Both steaks were done exactly as ordered. My skirt steak was amazing with chimichurri sauce. Potatoes were creamy and delicious. The grilled asparagus was seasoned nicely and tops were grilled to a crunch, but not overdone. We seriously considered dessert because we were told they were all made in house, but just didn’t have room for more. Such a relaxing meal inside the busy casino. Oh, and the evening wear worn by movie stars that is displayed is worth walking around to see.

Came here for a Sunday evening reservation. Great service by all the staff. Delicious food and presentation, a good place to go for a fancy dinner.

The service at Final Cut was wonderful. Our steaks were grilled to perfection, loved the dipping sauce for the steaks. Spinach salad my fav!! Will come back again.

This was a birthday dinner surprise. The waiter we had he was awesome from when arrived to leaving. As my starter I got the crispy pork belly which was amazing the crisp was on point and the little glaze that was on it was delicious as well. For my entree I got the lamb with a mint butter it was delicious as well cook just the way I wanted, but my lamb chops were a little skimpy. For my sides I got the mashed potatoes delicious and the broccolini which was seasoned very well a little spice and citrus taste. Oh and the drink my waiter recommended was nice it was called Dragon sorry can’t remember the name. The ambience was nice it was well lit and clean, did not smell. The bathrooms at the casino were great as well. Enough stalls no trash on the floor. The floor wasn’t sticky. The seating in the restaurant was nice as well. and if I’m in the area again, I will come back. Thank you for a nice night of delicious food and drinks.

I was there Saturday Feb 24th 2024 and Morgan had a miserable customer that no one in this universe could make happy. However she remained extremely pleasant and professional.

Prime steakhouse with incredible food. Large portions from the a la carte menu. The Duck Fat Fries with the three dipping sauces are outstanding. The homemade ketchup is by far my favorite of the sauces. Wonderful place for a celebratory dinner. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing service ! The food was cooked to perfection. I got the wagyu and lobster tail, mash potatoes and asparagus. The mushroom and beef Wellington appetizer was also delish. The steak was butter soft and the lobster was amazing. The wine selection is decent. My glass was never empty.

This is an elegant restaurant with high prices. However the food and service is excellent. Try the steak with some red wine. You don’t have to gamble to come here.

Ribeye steak the best,terrific sides,and bread is delicious. We usually eat here on our anniversary and couple times a year. Would like to bring back cream spinach side .It’s a little pricey but food and service is good.

I love dining here. Definitely my favorite place to eat in Charles town. The raw oysters at this Fine dining restaurant are amazing. The steak is the best. Everything here including staff is top-notch.

Food and service absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had dinner on January 1, 2023, celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Sarah was wonderful. Also received dessert on the house for anniversary. Will definitely be going back.

Delicious meal. Don’t expect much but the taste will soothe the soul. Lol I tasted all the seafood!

update on my previous review..... The management has gotten the staff well-trained.if he could get the kitchen on the same page and the food would come out properly it would get 5 stars.but because my food has been messed up so many times I can only give it three and a half Stars. staff is under trained. For a fine dining establishment with these prices I was appalled. I had been there prior and the food was excellent and as was the service. On September 8th I went back to celebrate my husband's birthday and the waiter was not the best my food came out wrong. The manager did come over and make it right but they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion did not bother bringing any type of amenity to my husband for his birthday. I was there on a casino comp I would think that they would have treated us a little bit better. I will think twice about going there for my birthday.

Took my wife out here on a Date night. The food was great, and our server was knowledgeable and helpful as it was our first time eating here. We will almost certainly be going back, although the hefty price means we can't do it too often.

This was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going at least once but you will want to go again. We had George as our server and he was nothing less then amazing himself and very helpful and his suggestions were the best. Everything cooked to perfection and the drinks were just as good as the food. They will be seeing more of us I promise that.

We ate here for our Wedding Anniversary on Saturday July 13th. Everything was great. French onion soup was amazing. Porterhouse for entree did not disappoint, cooked perfectly. Alexander made our dinner even more special. Can't wait to go back!

Consistently delicious and a very enjoyable experience. We always request Nathaniel as our server because he is so personable and extremely skilled. The steaks here have an unbelievable char crust that is so flavorful and cooked perfectly! If you are a coffee lover, you must try their French press coffee for or with dessert. It comes with the most delicious pistachio shortbread cookie. We always enjoy our experience at Final Cut from start to finish!

Dinner is a must! For an elegant, well cooked meal the Final Cut steakhouse is the place. A little pricey but well worth it. The cuts of steak are great and cooked perfectly ( medium well for me) based on YOUR preference. Brunch is also amazing, highly recommend!

Wow! Final Cut is unexpectedly delicious and fancy! We sat down at the bar about an hour before the place got really busy and had an AMAZING dinner and drinks! My mom got mulled sangria, I got a killer lemon drop, and we both tried the pumpkin spice latte drink--which was the absolute best of all! I got the rockfish and corn cake, and it was all cooked to perfection in a chimmichurri sauce that made me want to lick the plate. Lol mom got a watermelon and feta salad that was a little small but full of interesting flavor combos. Dad got the steak, and we also got a lobster tail, which was great. Dad said the steak was a little gristly. But oh my goodness, the crab + corn soup! So light and sweet! Kind of like pottage. What an awesome and delicious experience!

We sit at the bar. Kevin is an exceptional bartender, host, and server. He makes the experience 5 ☆. The ribeye steak was done perfectly. The service and the steak make for a phenomenal dining experience.
