The Rabbit Hole

We absolutely loved our visit. The area is beautiful and this little gem was the cherry on top. First off this place is very dog friendly and they brought our dog a fresh bowl of water which was very much appreciated. The food was good for a quick bite and we loved everything we got especially the loaded pork fries.. The hot chocolate was perfect on the chilly day. Service is top notch and this place will make you feel at home and relaxed after a hike around Harper Ferrys.

Loved our time here. We sat out back on the deck which overlooks the Potomac river and mountain side. They have a few plastic igloos with heaters that are comfortable.
The beer list here is outstanding as was the service. There are allot of steps on the back side,but it worth it. The the pork shanks were tasty! 😋

Such a fun, delicious restaurant! Our waiter was welcoming and helpful. I loved the outdoor dining bubbles. The food was delicious. No complaints. Just wish I had room for dessert.

Our food was delicious. Great fries although the sweet potato fries were not as good as the regular. Beautiful view outside if you choose to sit out there. Looked like they had heaters but we came in to warm up. Took a while to get our food but we were hungry when we arrived. Large portions fyi.

Exploring the Rabbit Hole restaurant within Harpers Ferry National Park proved to be a delightful winter experience. The highlight was the translucent plastic bubble-covered Iglu setup in the terrace, providing a warm and cozy ambiance amid December chill. A must-try is asking for the Day's special from the menu – a culinary delight that adds to the unique charm of this scenic dining spot. We tried the french onion soup all cheesy and a treat to the taste buds. The waiter did introduce herself and was very friendly and professional in her service.

Very cool atmospheric place! Delicious food that children and adults enjoy. Great craft beer! Amazing combination of price and quality! And the main thing that makes this restaurant so special is the excellent service! Our sincere gratitude to our waiter EVA👏👍 EVA, Glory to Ukraine🇺🇦✊ I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant!

Went here for lunch for my birthday on our trip to Harper's Ferry. The food was delicious. We shared the loaded pork fries, I had the burger, and my husband had the chicken sandwich. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the side salads we got with our meal were very large. The place was super cute and trendy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a very positive experience. We would definitely return.

One of the best restaurants in Harpers Ferry serving delicious American food. Their fries are incredibly crispy and the Appalachian BBQ sandwich is probably the best dish they have. Their short rib poutine is also quite popular, and while it's not like a traditional poutine, their short rib melts in your mouth and the sweet potato is an excellent touch.

Note that they usually run out of short ribs on Sundays after 2 PM since they receive their weekly shipments on Monday.

They also have a nice selection of beers and alcohol.

They have a small indoor dining space, but plenty of outdoor patio space. Only a few tables have space heaters, so if going in winter, make sure to dress accordingly.

Our server, Kaleila, was fantastic! She was willing to split our check, checked in with us multiple times, provided great recommendations, and overall, made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable!

This place is so good that I went for lunch here two days in a row on a trip where I’m only around for two lunches. The burgers are especially good, and my kid said it’s one of the best she ever had (she liked the hot chocolate too). The pulled pork and the fish and chips are both strong options. Very friendly service.

Delicious French onion soup, and fresh pretzel rods with cheese dipping sauce. Service was excellent too, we were able to sit outside in a warm yurt with our puppies.

My friend and I were visiting from out of town and decided on this place. We sat outside in one of the bubbles which is a really a cool experience. The building including all of the others in this area are historical and beautiful. Ricky was our server and he was fantastic. He provided exceptional service and was able to tell us some cool things about the area and places to go as well. They have a very large selection of beer and wine. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I would say the atmosphere and service made this visit the most memorable.

Great spot for brew pub style food! Extensive beer menu and so much to look at inside. Would absolutely stop here if I was through hiking the Appalachian Trail or daytripping at Harper’s Ferry.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, friendly wait staff, reasonable prices. And most importantly the food was delicious and nutritious!

Great food, especially the burger!! Was so good my wife and I went twice during our weekend stay in the area!! Friendly and helpful staff, a great view, yummy food, and some fun drink options, what more can you ask for?

What a delightful little gem in Harper's Ferry! Great view of the mountains, chill vibe, super nice staff (shoutout to our server, Cody, but all interactions were great), and tasty food. The shrimp were a shocking little surprise - simply delish! Hit all the marks - definitely recommend! Cheers :)

It is one of the best restaurants in Bolivar. Locally sourced, fresh, and great tasting food with a busy and lively atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge, and there's a wait list, so be prepared to wait if it is during peak hours. They can be so busy that they cut off the wait list an hour before closing yet are still seating parties on the list minutes before their posted closing time. They have seating both inside and out on their deck with beautiful scenery. The wing basket was good, flavored well, and the chicken was moist. The cheddar burger was excellent. The fish and chips were excellent. Great crust, moist fish, and great flavors. The Braised Short Rib Poutine was absolutely excellent. The flavors just aligned like stars and came together to make an excellent dish. The Seasonal Greens Salad was excellent. The flavors are like a work of art with beautiful flavors coming together. The desserts were excellent, Artisanal Seasonal Cheesecake, Limoncello Mascapone Cake and the Flourless Torte. I highly recommend dining at the Rabbit Hole. Do plan for parking and waiting if going during peak times.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and had a great experience! Love the indoor decor, but we sat outside since it was such a nice night. Service was good even though it seemed busy and the food was good too! We got the pretzel rods, chicken sandwich, and blue ridge burger

The food is so so. But the service was terrific and you just can’t beat sitting outside on the deck on a beautiful late summer day. Our group had a lovely post tubing late lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I had the short rib poutine which was not especially flavorful. My friend was disappointed in her bbq sandwich. Another friend had the artichoke crab cake and said it wasn’t too bad. I liked the hard kombucha!

Sitting on the patio I had a beautiful view, and I enjoyed the trains passing by. The waitress was lovely. And the food was spot on. I don’t often find the side of coleslaw to be great, however this time it was. The pulled pork was juicy, tender, and delicious, and was topped by just right bbq sauce. Loved the aioli.

Lovely atmosphere? ✔ Good service? ✔ Delicious food? ✔ What a cute, little nook in the wall!
My husband and I got the loaded pork fries for an appetizer and philly cheese steak and seasonal salad for entrees. Everything was top notch and decently priced. My salad came with raspberry vinaigrette that I would dip bread in if it was sold separately. It was surprisingly not overly sweet for a vinaigrette, and complemented everything very well.
Finding a parking spot was difficult during the day (even on a Tuesday), so we came back for dinner. Given the chance, we’d go back.
