I usually just get my scripts filled here and the pharmacy staff is always on point and helpful. The reason for this review is due to the awful online store pickup service Walgreens uses. This is a second time I have placed an online order and it somehow the Walgreens system was flummoxed and couldn’t process the order. Why the 5 star review? Thanks to Kayla and trying to work through the process, she price matched the stuff I ordered online after an awful time trying to get the scanning device to finalize my order. Some people could have just cancelled the order and said sorry, try again. In customer service it’s imperative to get it right the first time. Walgreens, fix the botched online ordering and make sure you are taking care of your very helpful employees at this location. They were very helpful.

I have been several times and everybody is always very friendly and they always greet me when I come in. The pharmacy techs/pharmacists are always nice and willing to answer my questions. I like how their automated phone system calls let me know when my prescription is ready.

The store is always clean and well organized. I also like their 50% off clearance rack over by the drink coolers.

Both times my family and I have had to go through the drive through for a COVID test we were greeted with professionalism and kindness. This last time they even were kind enough to have our online order brought out to the car seeing as we had a family member that had tested positive and another that was getting retested. Overall great service and very polite.

Clean and tidy, they do FedEx packages as well as pharmacy services. Drive through pharmacy is really handy, especially during covid.

The pharmacy staff, especially the Pharmacist Sebastian, are super nice and dedicated to getting your prescriptions out to you super fast!

I only do drive through. All is great for me. I get text when all is ready. I simply go get my messages and roll out.

Friendly and courtious staff, haven't had any issues with them in the months I've been filling prescriptions there.
