It was great until i.was heading out the store and I had to get my receipt checked and another customer cut right in front me which was really rude

Associates are always knowledgeable of their store and eager to help. Self checkout is fast and easy. Plus the store is always clean and well stocked.

The staff at customer service and the cashiers were extremely kind and helpful to me. After being in a rush - I forgot one of my bags that I had purchased at the checkout. I called after realizing my error at home and was immediately helped by the customer service person at the desk. They made sure I was able to retrieve my forgotten items. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Had most of what we wanted. Clean store. Expanding again, so hopefully the selection will continue to get bigger. Check out process was quick and easy with the app. Walmart plus is great, especially in areas with in home service. Half off deal can't be added to your account though.

The aisles are wide enough for ease of passing. Things tend to be placed so a cart can get through. They have a really good Amigo electric cart design--open-- accommodates different leg position abilities. Self check-out. And customer service will listen with a helpful ear if your card you know has money on it, didn't work at self check-out. People will help you at the register at checkout if there's an issue. Rotisserie chickens. Kitchen, Gardening, seasonal, sports and toys, gaming, computer, and some craft stuff. Nice ice cream, battered fish, jumbo shrimp. Fast food restaurant French fries. Sodas, ink pens, bakery, carrot cake, cheese cake variety round. Hawaiian bread. Eight handicap enabled parkinglot spaces 1st thing near entrances. Entrances either side of building so you can start near the side you need if you know, without having to walk the length of the store. A pharmacy staffed with good people...clothes you can get dressed with. Watches...bathrooms at the front And! back of store. Water fountains. An ATM you can get up to $300 with a charge around 3 to 4 dollars and reminds you your bank might have a fee charge also...it feels good in there.

Walmart in Charles Town is very organized, compared to other Walmart. They are always stocked, and employees in this Walmart are very friendly.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Renovated with the new design. Definitely nicer than the older Walmarts. Good gluten free options.

Lisa hooked it up, I needed a phone for work after mine just gave out at 10:30 pm and she made the extra effort to find a key for electronics at 10:57!! I can rest easy now that I have a way to communicate at work until I’m able to get my phone fixed. Thank you so so so much Lisa!!!

They have been doing a lot of work on thus walmart and it looks really nice! They are a very reliable walmart and it's always very clean. They also just re-did the bakery and added in new high-tech ish registers and self checkouts. I come here every week with my dad and it's a good experience definitely recommend

Well organized aisles. Fast checkout. Good priced items.

Lately I've started using the grocery pickup to save time (and my sanity with a newborn). One of my biggest fears is that the employees who pick put my items, and the ones who put them in my car won't care if something is smashed, or out of date, etc. I can't begin to say how very happy and pleased I was when Alana stated that my apple juice was "little weird" and asked me if I was okay with it or if I wanted it swapped out. I greatly appreciate her being willing to go above and beyond. I wish I could rate my experience higher than 5stars

Wal-Mart offered a good variety of goods and services but this ride in the corner of the store which I spotted on my way out was perhaps the most important and best part of the entire facility. That paint job, that wily smile, the way that this machine made my heart swell with his dark glimmering eyes.... Wal-Mart is the store in which you encounter GODS of beauty and grace. I have pinned a picture to this message to bless you all with the sight that I beheld. I stayed for another two hours after buying everything i needed simply to gaze at its magnificence. 10/10 lasaga cat ride.

SUPER BUSY DAY at the West Virginia Super Walmart.
I was able to get everything except for 2 items
I don't remember the names of the 4 extremely helpful associates who went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience.
A woman went to the back to get 2 cases of Deer Park water for my family, then she called over another associate to help me find bread sticks which could only be purchased online. Then she helped us to find
pineapple juice.
Next, I asked a young lady to help me with pie crust in a box. She brought to me 2 boxes. I forgot to tell her how many I needed. It was just what I needed. Great on her part, the young lady with the pretty name. She also helped me to find a couple of single vegetables.
Lastly, when we got to the front check outs, a very nice lady helped us to check out those singled vegetables.
I live in Ashburn, VA and am very grateful for your help and hospitality. You folks did your store proud 👏 in my eyes.

Good Walmart, had some troubles with one worker but he won’t affect my rating of the overall store. They do however need to clean the cat aisle up a little bit, it is very unorganized. Self checkout is easy. They do not accept Apple Pay.

Merrick did a fantastic job helping us today. We were very satisfied with the service today. We got home and realized we had a problem and called Walmart and spoke with Merrick on the phone. Everything went very efficiently. We got a few items that were very good price, like fresh corn that was excellent!

Having been to this store location on dozens of occasions across more than a decade, my experiences here have usually been average. However, in the last few years, the store has begun having modern renovations to it periodically.

Recently, a new notable store reorganization complete with varying aisle designs, installation showcases, more modern checkout lanes, new signage, a revitalized bakery space, and other miscellaneous upgrades has been made. To my surprise, my most recent shopping experience was overwhelmingly positive as a result of these changes. At times before, some store sections felt incredibly packed. Some areas now feel much more open in a positive way, such as the bakery and produce section.

Something to now note is that the previous in-store restaurant location which was previously is a Subway has now been removed entirely. Across from that section toward the grocery main store entrance, a new area devoted to on-the-go shopping filled with snacks, drinks, and ready-made meals is now present. However, I am not sure what to think of this addition. Walmart is simply not a store designed with that kind of shopping experience in mind for a variety of reasons. Many looking for that kind of accessibility will more than likely venture to convenience stores instead. Nevertheless, it is an interesting section to see.

Had absolutely the best customer service with Danica. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make my purchase in an expedient manner! She was very polite and always kept a smile on her face. Thank you for your amazing customer service!
