I’ve gotten so much furniture from this place for a few reasons; 1. Great customer service 2. Reasonable prices 3. Extremely fast delivery! I bought our dining set from them a few years ago and our puppy chewed one of the chairs past the point of no return. On Monday I went in and ordered the bench that goes with our set and it arrived the following Wednesday! I also got our entire living room set from them as well! When I purchased the entertainment center they delivered it the following day! This place is awesome and I’m so happy I discovered them. Shop local!

Awesome experience - came here to see if I could find a good priced couch and I was not disappointed. They have tons of options all in the first building, and I found a great couch. I visited a few other places after to see what my options were, but in terms of comfort and price this place was by far the best.
Everyone there was super friendly and attentive, and scheduling a delivery was easy! A bonus of visiting in person is the dogs- two gorgeous puppies just hanging out and chilling!
The delivery was scheduled within the week, and the delivery people were very communicative and friendly. They got the couch in and set it up super fast!
Overall I highly recommend this place- great quality furniture for great prices from great people!

Austin Furniture Outlet is easy to work with! They know their products. We've bought though then 2x now and have been happy with the service. Purchased my couch here last weekend and was told it should be delivered today around 11:00A.M. At 10:30 A.M the delivery driver called and said they’re almost here. While in the store I was wondering about the layout and what would work best Adam looked up my apartment found the layout I had and showed me exactly what would work best for my layout. The service here was top notch I will definitely be a customer as long as I’m in this area, you can’t find great customer service like this anymore. I have bought from them several times over the past 6 years and I have no complaints about the products or service. Carlos was always helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. I did price shop and they are the best prices in North Austin. And I love that you can walk around the store and look and imagine the furniture in your home without someone following you like a lost puppy. They give you space but are always available when you have a question. And of course I love seeing the dogs running around ❤ that's the real reason I go there😜 so I can play with the dogs. My cat loves her new hiding place in the coffee table we bought from them!

Much less expense for the same brand than others I shopped. The staff is VERY helpful & customer service is obviously a priority.

This is a great family owned business that charges fair prices and keeps to their word! We bought a sofa about a year ago and because of excessive use some of the cushions were starting to compress. I stopped by on a whim and ask them what they would recommend I do to help fluff them up. The owners got in touch with the manufacturer and actually sent us new cushions ! They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't ask for anything better! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a furniture store without high pressure sales.

Wife and I stopped in for a Dresser. Found a nice set, purchased that and end tables. I’m in sales myself so I’m a lay down if the product and salesmanship is strong. Turns out, a competitor had the exact same 3 piece set, for 50-80$ more a piece.

I was completely impressed with the buying/delivery experience from Austin's Furniture Outlet from start to finish. Furniture buying and delivery (especially these days) is usually the biggest headache, but they made it SO easy. I did the entire shopping and buying process remotely, and everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind, friendly, and efficient--and so were the two guys who came to deliver and install my furniture. They arrived *EXACTLY* at my scheduled delivery time and finished in what I consider to be record speed (all the while maintaining carefulness and high quality of service). They were personable and considerate and the furniture was installed in great condition. I will definitely be returning for future furniture needs. (Their prices were also incredibly reasonable.)

The owner is such a nice guy. The other staff, including the delivery guys, have all been very friendly and helpful as well.

My wife and I visited many of the big, name brand stores looking for a nice sectional couch. We saw a few that were ok, but never found one worth getting. We heard great things about this place, so we drove here on a whim one weekend to look. Once we looked at their sectionals, we finally found one that we both liked and could afford. We were so excited that we bought it that same day! We have greatly enjoyed our new furniture ever since it arrived.

My wife and I looked for the perfect couch for a while. We have driven past this place so many times and never thought about pulling in. After being frustrated from shopping I past it and pulled a U-turn and decided to look. We found our perfect couch. But not only that the people there were so nice and helpful. In addition, the delivery guys were top notch and put it all together and even helped me move my old couch into the garage. The whole experience was great. I really do appreciate them and will buy anything i can from them in the future.

I recently visited Austin's Furniture Outlet and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me get the most for my money. I was able to get much more furniture for less than what Ashley Furniture was offering, and the quality of the pieces was excellent. I highly recommend Austin's Furniture Outlet to anyone in the market for new furniture. They offer great value and excellent customer service.

They have a great selection of furniture and decorations at prices much lower than some of the big chains. And the people there are always very friendly and helpful. My preferred place to buy furniture is all of Austin.
