Harbor Freight Tools

This is my go to hardware store. They always have the tools and supplies I need in stock and the staff is always there to assist me if I need it. Shout out to Andrew, Jean and Nate! There knowledge, assistance and friendly demeanor have been greatly appreciated during my last few visits.

I have bought many things here and am picky about what I do buy. Some not so good but a lot is really great and prices cant be beat. After a lot of reading reviews and watching videos, I decided to buy a wood chipper/shredder. I used it one time and it works great. Dont expect to shove in big limbs. But it will handle most pruning jobs. Started up first pull and ran non stop through the recommended break in time.

The experts working there are incredibly helpful and considerate. It is the kind of walk-in, local knowledge service we all want with the perks of a big box store.

I got the ITC for $30 and have literally saved over $400 this year.

This was our first visit to this fresh, new store. Everything was very clean and neatly organized. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and efficient, not to mention cheerful and smiling. The cashier was delightful, helping me get signed up for their catalogues and coupons. Now I see why Redbeard, our friendly Tool Bear, speaks highly of them so often on his YouTube channel, The Den of Tools. I give Harbor Freight a great big two paws up!

Harbor Freight is my “candy” store! LOVE this place. I buy ALL my tools/ supplies here! I’ve never had a bad experience or bad tool. They’re way affordable and super knowledgeable, even the women that work there! Plus their sales are amazing!

Harbor freight is always good, but yesterday I had the opportunity to meet Mary store manager at north bell bulevar. She helped me with a problem that before mean an exchange, she turned my built in tool Yukon 9 drawers nightmare into happiness. Just removing my toolbox from where is it and doing an exchange is at least two hours job….. but SHE FOUND THE PROBLEM and helped y to fix it with it mayo job. 5 stars for her 5 stars for the person to hire her….. #smartgirl 🤓🙌🏼

Toys-R-Us for the DIY guy. Everything imaginable and then some. Good prices but cant speak to overall quality and some brands I have never heard of. It's worth walking in and checking out.

Cedar Park store is awesome. Employees are always helpful. The man on the register too!

They have their shelves fully stocked.. Excellent quality tools for the price, to get Small tasks done.. Great for Large jobs too!! Clean store, following Covid-19 procedures. Cash out line moved swiftly. Cashier, Pilar, was very courteous, i give her 5 ⭐'s!! My coupon expired, caz i can't see micro expiration date, LOL. She used one of her coupons, and i saved $ !! Very organized store, one of the best I've gone to..

I’m usually satisfied with harbor freights customer service.

If need a specialty tool for one time use this is the place to come. Also I have burned up several name brand 4 inch angle grinders that were 80 plus dollars. I bought two of the 17 dollar Chicago brand and I can't kill them . They have lasted three times longer doing same work and have not even had to replace brushes yet.

I noticed some things on clearance. I'll go back and look when I have more time.

Harbor Freight is a go-to for inexpensive tools that may only see occasional use. I've also bought tool kits and a floor jack of good quality for home DIY use. I've never had cause for complaint with what I've bought there.

Protip: before buying an expensive tool that your life doesn't depend on, get it at harbor freight. Find yourself using said tool a lot over time and eventually breaks? Either invest in a better brand or just buy another here as everything here is at a fair price.

Side note, the staff have always been super helpful in pointing me in the right direction to find something. Definitely recommend and hope they're here to stay.
