The UPS Store

Had to drop off a package to be mailed out by UPS, and this location was the closest to me. Extremely friendly staff! I was greeted immediately by a gentleman in glasses when I walked in with a "how are you doing today, what can I help you with" and it was a breath of fresh air. I had a pre printed label so service was quick. If I need to mail out any more packages or use some of their other services, I would definitely come here again.

This is a great location for all your shipping needs. Notary services, as well. Even though they were crowded they moved us through quickly. Everyone was so nice and wanted to make sure we had all we needed. I’ll use this over the postal service any day of the week!

Their customer service is amazing. I hate mailing items, but they routinely make it an effortless transaction for all my Amazon returns. I truly appreciate how they run their business.

At the time I went only one person was in the store already being served. 2nd desk clerk received my package & gave me my receipt . Very smooth transaction with a friendly greeting & smiles!

This is one of the best and most efficient UPS stores in Cedar Park. Meagan is the manager there and always goes out of her way to take care of her customers.

Kira and Meagan (honestly, the entire staff here) is beyond amazing. Kira helped me pack a very valuable package and was super patient and informative on how to do it properly. Initially, a day before, she assisted me with quotes on how to send it secure and reliable, etc. The next day, I came in to send it. 3 days later, I had an issue with the address and had to place a stop on the shipment that was due to arrive on that same day.😩😭 Meagan stepped in like a superhero🦹‍♀ to help me resolve that issue. My lack of experience and ordeal of errors were handled patiently and professionally by Meagan. I am so grateful for this place. This location is not only beyond professional but very helpful!

I have been a loyal customer of UPS store #1386 in Cedar Park off Whitestone for years. They are the best staff and always treat me like family. I sent my grandson his birthday gift this morning and Christine helped me. She really was the best. Got me the most affordable way since I'm on a fixed income and set the tone for the rest of my day.
