Ryan Torres - State Farm Insurance Agent

My husband and I are in the process of transferring our policies to Ryan's office after a move to the area from north Texas. During the transfer and because of how Texas is setup, we are having to have our auto policies reissued by State Farm. In addition to extended servicing times from underwriting, we have needed proof of insurance for one of our auto loans (and nothing I have tried with our lender has worked) - Ryan and Sandra have gone above and beyond. I have yet to meet them in person, but cannot recommend them and this office enough!

I know I have been a pain, yet they have never made me feel like I was putting them out or asking too much - that type of customer service goes a long way! I will be recommending this office to anyone and everyone who asks (and even those that don't)! I look forward to all of our policies finally being fully transferred to Ryan's office and plan to bring any additional business for ourselves and anyone we know to Ryan and his team.

I moved to Leander 2 years ago, and been with them every since! The entire office Ryan, Yvonne, and Kayla are very polite, professional, and patience! I switched over to State Farm with Ryan and Yvonne because my former insurance provider automatically added my teen driver to my policy and raised my rates without warning me. When I inquired about it with them they were rude and unprofessional. So I contacted Yvonne and she was polite and courteous and above all very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of having a teen driver. I’ve got great rates now and I’m extremely happy with my coverage.

My insurance agent just retired. We needed an addition to our policy and the very first day that we met with Ryan's office they were on top of our policy. Even went above and beyond to call and get some information they needed for our policy. I am very impressed with their attentiveness and response time. I appreciate being able to email a request and have everything taken care of quickly. I really appreciate this level of customer service.

Sometimes dealing with "all things insurance", can be a frustrating experience. Not at the Ryan Torres State Farm office. The team of Ryan, Kyla, and Yvonne provide exceptional service. There is something tangible about this when it comes to protecting your home, auto, life, etc.

I primarily work with Kayla (but the whole team has been interactive & supportive; including Ryan the owner agent) Kayla is responsive, attentive, insightful, and caring. These can be rare attributes; especially in the insurance segment.

Finally, Transactional dealings...price shouldn't be the only factor when selecting insurance (see above), but is a key component to purchase behaviors . Ryan Torres State Farm was the lowest rate. I bundled my home & auto. I shopped the big five players in the space and State Farm beat everyone. I defined the coverage to assure an equal playing field. Same coverage for less cost... not to shabby!

Ryan Torres and his team are very friendly and personable. They made the process of getting the insurance coverage that I needed easy and at a time that was convenient for me. Ryan broke down my coverage in a understandable way. My family and I are glad we chose such an amazing team for all our insurance needs.
