H-E-B plus!

This is my "home" HEB and I love it so much. I hate grocery shopping so I don't actually go into the store that often, but when I do I am always pleased by how well stocked it is. The staff are simply the best, so friendly and happy to help. The store is VERY clean and I rarely if ever have an issue finding what I'm looking for. The curbside team is simply AMAZING. They do such a great job taking care of me when I go in for pick up. There have been a few times where the produce that was selected was "questionable" but all I had to do was call and they made it right. What more can I ask for?
Funny anecdote. I am always bragging about HEB to my aunt and uncle who live in Arkansas and they thought I was exaggerating. When they came to visit I brought them to this location to check out the HEB experience. I'm not even kidding, they spent 90 minutes wandering around the store just in shock and awe at how awesome HEB is! :D

My HEB Plus in Leander is truly my favorite. I just had a exchange with Franky at the Customer Service desk. So kind and friendly and helpful.. Thank you. Also, I like the self checkout and the help you get there. I do not stress about long lines during this holiday season, because the workers always make sure that everything is moving along quickly. Happy Holidays to Franky and all the HEB workers in Leander!!!

I have a choice of two equally distance HEB stores to choose from. This store however is my preferred. Not only is it a nicer and larger store it also supports HEB Go! Which for me is a huge time saver. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed and lines tend to move quickly if you're not using the HEB Go app. Self check could be a little less cramped but it works for now.

Giving a 5☆ on Christmas Eve 2023.
I went shopping, I hate shopping... Got home started unpacking, noticed the salt and pepper was missing. I was like, really? I drove back to HEB, talk to the manager on duty, I had my receipt, she took care of it.
Get back home with the salt and pepper then was asked why didn't you buy sour-cream, and butter? I said, what do you mean, it wasn't in the bags? The response, no, it wasn't. I already looked in the front and backseat but I went to look one more time. I GO BACK to HEB for the 3rd time, talk to the same manager AGAIN. I had my receipt, and she took care of me.
For me, this was a huge waste of time, this is the first time in my life I've had to go back twice, a total of 3 times to the grocery store. If we didn't need it I would have blown if off and counted the loss.
Anyway, my point is, I really appreciate being shown patience and professionalism.
This review is in hindsight, I didn't think to get her name but I'm sure HEB is known for things like this.
EDIT: You won't believe it, but the bag that got missed, had my toothpaste in there too! Anyway, I just thought it is kinda funny, but I'll just chalk it as a loss 🤦‍♂

What a great place to shop. They literally have anything you might need. The store is extremely clean and organized. The restroom was also spotless. I always shop here due to the friendly helpful staff.

My first time trying Curbside at HEB. I may never go inside the store again! 🤣
I have pretty bad social anxiety and going shopping, this time of year especially, is a monster of a challenge for me. Going alone is out of the question. HEB's website for Curbside is super easy to navigate and letting them know when you get to the parking lot is just as easy! Every parking spot has its own number and the instructions on the sign with the number tell you where to text it to! A few minutes later they bring your stuff out to you and they'll even load it in your car for you. I have no reason to avoid grocery shopping anymore so this is a huge game changer for me. If you have social anxiety and absolutely dread large crowds of people and big spaces, then this is everything you need and more. The ladies that help me out were more than just employees to me. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I wish I knew their names but they were awesome representation of the HEB company and what they stand for. I appreciate their help so much! New store in the area. Very well maintained. Staff is friendly. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh. Our go-to place to buy vegetables and groceries.

I just love HEB leander. Great selection and wide vaeiety of items including but not limited to grocery, garden, apparel etc. Everything is so fresh. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Competitive and reasonable prices. It got everything to become a go to store for your daily needs.

I do wish they put the bagging area for scan and go outside the scan and go area where it was before. The way it is now, it creates clutter and slows down the lines.

Always a great place to shop for groceries and other items on your list of wants ,you can be pleasantly surprised at the selection. Spend some time when you are shopping and look around.

Came here to purchase my kids school supplies and were not disappointed. We managed to purchase all the items on my daughters school supply list and then some. Times are tough and America is fighting inflation despite what main stream media says, but HEB has your back with their great deals.

HEB Plus! Is my fav all time restaurant from all of the different ones I’ve been to in my lifetime. Great prices and the friendly staff I’ve always had a great experience with!

HEB is an excellent grocer and this busy location is an excellent HEB! Great selection, great service, great layout.

2nd time there, My store is the one on Ronald Reagan, but my landlord needed to stop there after returning from a road trip. Didn't want to jog over to Heb Ronald Reagan.

HEB is Simply the Best! I really don't know how anybody goes to any other grocery store. Not in Texas, at least. Selection, friendliness, atmosphere, they have it all!

I love this store! There are several H.E.B.'s near me, but I'll drive a little farther to get to this store.

One of our favorite places to shop. We are always excited to have a H.E.B. to count on.

Although deli is my favorite (olive loaf, garlic bologna, and freshly cut and stocked pre-pack cheeses and select meats) I sure enjoyed shopping in these departmen s sew swell!

Great store with great goods and prices, like we all expect from HEB.
