This is a debt collector. How do you really rate that? But as far as debt collectors go they are pretty decent. Mallory that works there was very understanding and friendly. Too bad all collectors aren’t like this.

Staff has always been pleasant which is a huge compliment for this industry, they don't speak down to you and always slide in small talks and jokes, all around pleasant folks

This company are liars. They say payments are ran through the hospital your debt came from but I know for a fact they don't. The local medical care here doesn't even use PAB. Plus Valerie is one rude and hateful lady and should be fired for the way she talks to people. Everything online points to legitimate scaming. I advise that you don't give them information like banking because they just take your money when they see fit. If you pay these people money order or cash.

It says right on your website, "We exhaust every effort possible to recover your outstanding debt"

Clearly not. I don't see an option to pay for a debt online. Procom at the very least has this feature. And now I have a subpoena to pay because I don't own checks and I don't feel comfortable sending cash in to handle this claim. And 8-5p is there only time to call, when my wife and I work 8-6:30p during the week.

Ironically, at first I was actually pleasantly surprised with this place. They were kind, courteous, professional, and non judgemental. Then Covid hit and the entire staff was apparently replaced with the rudest, most dismissive women imaginable. I called them in March to explain I was losing my job and wasn't sure about paying, and the woman I spoke to was understanding and let me skip a payment. That was the last positive encounter I had with them. I've found a part time job since, but I am making approximately 1/4 of what I was at my payment plan - but I have paid something each month. Do you think anyone cares? Not at all. One woman even nastily told me I should "hopefully" have soomething worked out by August- almost threateningly so. Hello - the state was shut down for months. People are struggling to keep their lights on and catch back up. Learn some flipping decency.

This is probably the worst Debt collector I have ever worked with. When you agree to payments, you set a date that works for your schedule. Every single time..they tried taking money out of my account 3-5 days later. They would not provide me any documents “That they already have sent in the mail” that I never received in the first place. They told me that they couldn’t do that. If it was already sent in the mail why can’t I have a copy of that paper or invoice?I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with this horrible appalling company. This company is a joke.

I have a payment arrangement with PAB. They take my money every month. My employer got a phone call today asking where they should send the wage garnishment. Are you kidding me?! I have asked five times for a statement showing my balance and payments and I have yet to receive it. I make every payment on time. I have no clue how much I owe them, and now this? Professional? Nah. Fraud.

Very rude and threatening when I tried to make different arrangements. Will not send receipts. I have not gotten any paperwork from them stating how much I owe. Fraudulent company

May 15 2018, I went to pay on a debt.....was not greeted at all...the lady had no smile, really depressing....and I pay my bill on time...every month. Did not even say thank you....without the debtors the business would not exist.

Make sure you keep track of how much you are paying this company will take take and take past the total amount due and if you dont say anything they wont either.. Horrible business.
