After having a terrible experience elsewhere, AB Lauer was just what I needed. My fiance proposed with his grandmothers ring, but we were re-designing it using all her gold and diamonds. I had the drawing done and the idea already on paper. He was more than willing to listen to me and it looks identical to my drawing. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and kind! I left my ring with another local jeweler while I was deployed for 6 months and nothing was done to it. I left the extra diamonds with him and he didn't even require my engagement ring initially, and within weeks I had an auto-cad drawing of what my ring would look like once completed in 3-D. After discussing the estimate with us, he then took my engagement ring and had it less than a month and the ring was completed. I picked it and my wedding band up and it was everything I could have wanted and more! It helped to work with someone who was so willing to listen and so kind. I will most definitely go back for any future purchases. With the extra diamonds not used we also had some rings made for family members and I can't wait to give them to them. AB Lauer surpassed my expectations by a landslide. Thank you!
