I hate finding a new hair cut place. When i moved to Springfield I went to Sport Clips because I met the stylist when she was a customer at my workplace. I'm sooooo glad I did. Allie S is the most incredible stylist. She does my hair and beard. Asks all the right questions to make sure she is getting it right, and has repeatedly done a GREAT job. She is polite and personable all the time and makes it easy to relax in her chair. Price wise, yes there are cheaper places around, BUT, you get what you pay for and Allie does a great job every time. More than that, Allie has earned my trust. I trust her to make me look good. Truthfully, I need to be better about going to see her more often.

I really like this location and the Decatur one. They take good care of their customers and that's why wait times can be pretty long sometimes. They won't rush you through a MVP experience just because there is a full waiting room. I haven't managed to find a regular yet because my schedule is all over the place but I always have a good experience regardless. The only thing I'm confused about is when I check in on the app it says to go into the store and let them know I'm there. When I do they seem confused and I don't see other people do that. Is that an unnecessary step? If I don't do it then the board will say I'm not in store and I'm afraid I'll get skipped over but I don't like doing it. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of a online check in? I wish I could just say through the app I'm there and not have to bother the busy stylists.

Easy online check in. Was taken back quickly after arriving. As always, the cut was great. The wash and scalp massage is a must! Store carries great products as well!

Went to Sports Clip for my first haircut since the pandemic and was fortunate enough to have Stephanie as my stylist. She did a phenomenal job. Hair looks awesome and she was super personal to boot. The whole experience was great and I was in and out in about a half hour, this will be my go to place for a trim.

So I went here for the first time yesterday just because it was about the only place open on a Sunday. I wasn't sure what to expect from the reviews kinda being all over the place but thought I'd give it a shot. The only real good review I saw had mentioned a lady named Liz, so having a beard as well as needing a hair cut that I did NOT want messed up I figured she would be the one I would go with. I am very particular and once I leave will nit pick and disect what may have been missed in my mirror. To my surprise from going off the reviews alone here which really made me want to question going here at all. She did an EXCELLENT job and I am very impressed. I've cut my own hair for the last 15-20 yrs and you always miss a hair or 2 and by that I literally mean a single hair or 2 but she didn't even do that. She was very thorough she even cut in the line for my part. Which I've found is not something everywhere does but is very nice when u find somewhere that can and will. Now I don't know about anyone else here but I can say I will definitely go back and I will definitely be hoping to have Liz be able to do my hair again!!! She did a great job and thats not a small feat for me to say when it comes to cutting my hair. Thank you Liz

I always enjoy going to Sport Clips. The hair stylists are pleasant and professional. It has never felt unclean. Online check-in makes it easy to get a place in the queue before you ever leave home. I always get the MVP as the hot towel and scalp massage are absolutely worth it. I have been going there for a few years now and will continue to do so going forward.

I didn't catch the stylists name but small frame lots of tattoos on the hands. Most attention I've had anyone pay to a haircut and beard trim. If I was a local that particular stylist would be my top choice. the 5 stars are solely on her performance and the detailed job she did.

This was the first time taking my son here and he absolutely loved the MVP...can't stop talking about it!!! Thought it was really cool that he got his hair washed, a massage and loved the hot towel. The staff was super friendly and he now has a new favorite place to get his haircut...I'll definitely be taking him back. Plus getting to watch a game while I wait is pretty cool 👍

I have been getting my haircuts there for over a year now. My preferred stylist Hailey does an excellent job. She listens carefully and always confirms my preferences before she starts to ensure my satisfaction. Great experience!

This was the first haircut I've had in 6 years that I've been truly satisfied with. My stylist was very detail oriented. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions to double check she was doing as I desired. I was offered the top of the line treatment which time permitting I'd have probably accepted. I will definitely be back for another cut. The service was quick, friendly and at a very fair price. I have found my new haircut establishment! Thank You

I had went to Great Clips off of Dirksen pkwy last night, the lady was so mean to me, my mom, and my son, gave my son the worst haircut I’ve ever seen..We then came to Sports Clips today not sure if his hair could be saved, and we got Taylor as our stylist… BEST hair cut my son has had!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with making my son laugh and be super comfortable, not to mention she saved his hair it looks amazing! I will never go anywhere else. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Thank you, Taylor!!

Always have a great experience at Sport Clips and Springfield's location was no different. Stopped in at lunchtime, expecting to wait a bit and they got me right in. And despite it being my first time at this location, they cut my hair perfectly. The stylist was the usual perfect mix of friendliness and quickness I've come to expect from Sport Clips haircutters. They don't make me feel like they're trying to rush me out of their chair, but they also don't make me late for anything by talking my ear off and taking way too long. Anyway, it was yet another great cut. Really lived this location and since I do a lot of business in Springfield, I will be returning!!

I received a top-notch experience from the stylist Desirae! She had a meticulous attention to detail (why else would I pay for a haircut - I loved that she took the time to do it RIGHT), was very affable and also was willing to work with me on creating a style that not only fit my ideas but she also helped upgrade it with modifications I hadn't thought of and was very educational on how to take care of it and what the differences were in various products I could use. If I am going to pay money for a service, I need the provider to be thorough and provide value: Desirae was above and beyond in both of these aspects. Thank you!

I absolutely love my Sports Clips Family! Very friendly staff and amazing stylists who know what they are doing!!! Liz is amazing and does a great job at running an amazing shop!
