Marquis R was very polite and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and helped my find the right phone for my needs. He got me checked out in minutes and went over all the fees and taxes before I was charged anything. It was a great experience.

Dealt with Wade today. He was very polite and informative. The phone we purchased was for my wife and he got her one that wasn't too expensive or powerful beyond her needs. The only hang up was the time lock safe that the company installed which delayed is getting the phone for several minutes, but that's not his fault.

Khalil was very professional and knowledgeable about the phones in the store. He was patient and helpful with setting up my new phone. Even though they were out of stock on the screen protector I needed for my new phone he said they would call me when their next shipment comes in. Wonderful service!

Khalil and Noah went out of their way to help me access a reliable and affordable phone. Khalil introduced me to the LG Harmony 3, but there were none in stock. Sad face. BUT Noah knew how to make magic happen and tracked one down for me. They are an awesome team!

Noah is great! I had been having some issues with my device after traveling abroad and consulted many different Cricket stores, Apple, and support stores. No one was able to solve my problem. Noah took the time to listen to my problem and came up with a in depth solution to my problem. He helped me navigate through Cricket support and checked in with me when he found new information. The young gentleman there was very accommodating and conversation was lighthearted while we waited for a transfer between phones. Very good atmosphere, and fairly low traffic when we were there.

Made the switch over to cricket very simple and quick. Saved us even more money than we originally thought. Can't tell a difference in service, it works the exact same for a lot less.
