Taco Bell

My only problem is the things I order aren't made the way I pay for them.

I seriously cannot thank the night shift enough for all that they do. Without fail, at minimum once a week me and my large group of friends always come through the drive thru and order our food, and every time the staff is always so chill and kind. We usually come too late for the dining room, but every chance we get to, we stop in. they are definitely on top of their game inside and out. I can only imagine the amount of rude customers they get especially at the late hours that we come, but those people just write bad comments to write bad comments because we have never had a negative experience here the night shift is literally incredible, you guys are a godsend. Our orders are always spot on, and it is single handedly always our favorite part of the night, no questions asked it is always this taco bell, and the people here are always the best. Thank you guys for getting us though broken arms, breakups and finals season!! we appreciate you!!

I can't put my finger on what the night crew is doing wrong, but the day crew is doing it right. Just had the best made, freshest Taco Bell order of my life. I almost lost faith. I was beginning to think Taco Bell just isn't good anymore. Turns out it's just who's making it. Bravo, Day Crew.

If you want Taco Bell GO TO THIS LOCATION for real . Went to another location and Ordered food got it and it wasn’t even done cheese not melted and super cold but didn’t notice till almost home went to Stevenson location and they REMADE it for me with no problem and it was perfect so thank you for saving my husband as I was super HANGRY and I’m now full and happy 😂 you guys rock dude thanks

It's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. This one in particular always gets my frustratingly specific orders right. For a place like this, that's worth 5 stars.

This is one of the few places in Springfield that is open late. I always stop in here before heading on home from a trip back from St. Louis, whether it be the Airport or a concert. I never have a problem getting my food quickly and correctly. The staff are always nice and friendly which doesn't happen everywhere. I will continue to stop here when I'm passing though late at night.

On line says open at 7 am Drive through was but lobby was not. Lobby door says see online online says open.

Came through after work 1115 pm . Food and service were spot on PERFECT!! Got bean and rice and potato rolls!! YUMMY Keep up the good work

I haven't ate there in a very long time and I was really impressed with all the new items and w what I ordered I will definitely go back a one lointàæqqqqq

Fast friendly and accurate drive thru experience

Fastest service i’ve ever been to. Very kind and hard working employees that are always happy to take your order. I love how this store is open late too👍

I ordered chalupas and the shells were not as done as I like them . The store also was not very clean but I think they just finished a rush tho.

Food was loaded and tasted great

My food was hot and good and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am a fan of the 5.00 box.

Always loved me a little taco bell .. there pretty quick for fast food and usually get order right .love the Baja blast sodas from mt dew very delicious and open late always

My sister and I had the pleasure of Elizabeth A being our cashier. Elizabeth was so kind! Common courtesy and politeness is such a foreign concept these days, but she had it all! Thank you for being a nice human being! Excellent service.

The food was what you would expect from.a fast food joint. The cashier was very happy and cheery and she made it feel fine I was eating taco bell after years of not eating it. It felt like a warm welcome back.

Ditch the self order kiosk. While I was using the thing three people were just standing around that could have taken my order
