We walked in and were immediately greeted. The ladies at the counter were super kind and sweet when explaining what kind of pastries they had. They brought our order to the table. They have a variety of pastries from chocolate croissants, blueberry lemon muffins and cinnamon rolls. They also have a variety of coffee cold and hot and smoothies. Super cute placed in the downtown area of Crystal Lake. Definitely coming back!

This place definitely deserves over 5 stars. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, never a long wait, and there açaí bowls are top tier. I drove over an hour an half away for açaí bowls in libertyville. I happened to stumble across this place which is now only a 40 min drive. You guys have fresh fruit and definitely give what you pay for.

I noticed "Taste of Benedicts" driving through downtown Crystal Lake and I am so glad I stopped in! The Barista was very kind and professional. There is a relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for good coffee or salads!

One of my favorite places in Crystal lake. The employees are all so nice. The salads are incredible and the overall vibe is just such a treat. It such a small town, quaint, coffee shop. Comfy, adorable, and calming. Definitely recommend.

We have a coffee group that meets here and the coffee is always good and the staff is friendly and prompt.

The food is always fresh. The blueberry coffee cake is amazing :-) the staff is always welcoming. And the energy bites !! What a brilliant idea :-)We go there almost every day for their amazing coffee :-) y’all need to check it out.

I loved the shepherds pie here. The service and portions are very generous! Living in a city and finding this gem I would definitely stop by again

Great option to sit and do some work! I got a hot breakfast hand pie and a delicious latte and the employees were so friendly and caring. Nice clean and calm atmosphere!

Made this one of my frequent spots for coffee. Also LOVE the quick pick up and go foods they have for lunch time. The best for a healthy choice on the go.
