DXL Big + Tall

Went in for dress clothes for a wedding. Didn't even know my plant size. John got me sorted out, and had me looking sharp in no time. Very knowledgeable.

Clean, well stocked with a nice assortment of clearance as well!

Sales associate was friendly and helpful. She helped us find what we were looking for quickly and pointed out sales on like items to help save money. We were starting to fold up some of the shirts I tried on and she came by telling us we could leave the shirts and she would fold them. The store was immaculate so she obviously did it for others. I hate to shop and she made the experience pleasant. I will be back.

I hate shopping for clothes. Might as well start with that. I am a short, somewhat plump gentleman who doesn't necessarily fit into the standard sizes well, and despite the friendly, helpful service I received, it appears that I don't quite fit here either. Nevertheless, I almost actually enjoyed the experience, as the ladies who helped me took my dilemma quite seriously and did their best to outfit me by immediately choosing two sizes and even accurately predicting that I would fall between them.
It was certainly not their fault, but they were apologetic regardless and I felt quite respected, which was an unexpected pleasure.
I would highly recommend them and my wish is that you and a size, are a match.

I've been here twice and they've always been very nice and helpful without making you feel like you're being watched or followed like some places that seem like they watch over your shoulder sometimes. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite stores.

Not only does DXL have great clothes in my size, but the staff at this location in Utica were PHENOMENAL. I lost my wedding ring while trying on clothes and didn't notice until I was out the door. When I called & later returned, the staff were turning the whole store upside down to find my ring! They went ABOVE & BEYOND in customer service and I was so pleased when they found the ring. Thank-you! Exceptional place!

Great selection of suits and shoes for big and tall men! Its not easy to find men's size 15 wide shoes, and they had a great deal to choose from! Staff was friendly and helpful.

OK... I know I just needed one nice shirt for a wedding the next day, but I must say that the manager, who was new to this location, treated me like family! She took time... all the important measurements and found just the right dress shirt for me. Finally, comfort in a dress shirt!!! My first visit, but I'm a big guy and what is normally available at other stores leaves me squirming in discomfort, so I figured I'd try DXL BIG + TALL. Glad I did... I'll definitely shop there again. The manager really made me feel at ease...

I've shopped here a couple of times now and I like it.
The location is prime for traffic and it appears that they stay busy.
I found a great deal on a Brooks Brother shirt and a pair of white denim Levi both for around $120.

Great place, reasonably priced, but what sets it different from the rest, the impecable customer care I received from John. What a warm place to be welcomed 2. They got a customer for life thank you!
