Buddy's Pizza

I know Buddy's is known for their pizza, but their salad was wonderful. The pasta dish looked amazing. While we were waiting for our food to come out, we watched the food coimg out, and we knew we were in the right place.

September 2023 - came here for dinner with some of the family. My two youngest daughters loved the spaghetti and the chicken tenders. We ordered some bread before. We ordered a small antipasto salad but needed more dressing for the wife. All that stuff was good. We ordered the super 6 mile 8 square. It was good. I would order that pizza again. Overall, not that busy, food was hot, good food and staff was very nice.

Really? What's not to like at this place?
Great service, delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. We got a large pizza with 8 slices, ate half and we'll enjoy a second meal. This makes this place extremely affordable. BBQ Chicken Conant is fantastic.

Pizza was good fresh toppings we did a take out. Personally green lantern is still my favorite but this is a close second.

The atmosphere was amazing and just the character of the restaurant was enjoyable. As my first official pizza restaurant in America, I was amazed by everything including the vast selection of foods available.

Food came rather fast, hot and tasty and left me full and the Detroit pizzas amazed me too by the shape and them being ordered as squares, instead of the regular inches I am accustomed to in the UK.

The pizzas were also very tasty and full of flavour with little to no grease or soggy base at all, my love for pizza now makes my enjoyment at home much more disappointing, but just wants me to come back to try more American pizzas in future.

Overall I was left enjoying my experience of detroit-style pizza and would definitely go back.

Buddy's never fails to deliver. I've been to this location several times and it's always great. Great service, great atmosphere, and the best pizza you'll ever eat.

This was our first Detroit style pizza and it did not disappoint. Literally the flavor stayed in our mouths long after we ate it making us wish we had more. Definitely worth the stop!

I love Buddy's pizza, which is a decent place to eat. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. They put on just the right amount of cheese and sauce, and the crust isn't greasy or heavy. The service was fast and friendly.

We came here for my family's Christmas party, and Buddy's never disappoints. We've always celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, baby showers, etc. with Buddy's. My niece and nephew has Buddy's for the first time today, and they loved it!

We walked I'm with a group of 16 and they were able to seat us right away. The staff was awesome in every way and the food was delicious. We had the antipasto salad and the cheese, detroit public tv, meat deluxe, Sicilian and Eastern Market veggie pizzas.

The service is always on time and very friendly.

My pizza always comes out EXACTLY as I ordered and never wrong or cold. I’ll always recommend this buddies to anyone craving buddies pizza in the macomb area 💯👍🏾

Great Detroit-style Pizza - nicely balance sauce, crust was flakey and cooked perfect, pepperoni was crisped on top of a really good cheese blend that was not overly greasey... Growing up on Chicago Pizza, the pizza here really was a pleasant surprise as I tend to be really, really biased when it comes to pie ;-)

Tracy is an amazing server!!! It’s hard to find good quality genuine people today at food places since so many people eat out but wow she’s great. Manager was awesome too. As always, buddy’s was amazing!

I do love this place. Great pizza, good service and it's iconic. The square pizza has a great cheesy crust and the flavors really come thru with the basil sauce. It was great having pepperoni underneath.

The first time there I was quite impressed The pizza was fantastic. I was there with a large group celebrating my uncle's 92nd Birthday. And he had a fantastic time.😎👍

Great 6 Mile Pizza and Conant Pizza (BBQ Chicken), along with Antipasto Salad. All fresh,tasty and truly enjoyed the Detroit style pizza experience. Been too long since having these pizzas that I recall having often as a kid. Will get these more often again. Great pizzas.
