The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked and tidy. The manager and cashier were friendly and helpful. I enjoy browsing through the store and finding new items that will help me be more organized and efficient.

Bought a premium $400 chair for my office use and fast forward five years later it’s holding up very well with it still looking like it’s still brand new. Friendly staff and fast service at this location.

Very nice place to shop for your home office needs. They are agreeable to price match what is offered online. Professional and helpful.

The clerk was quite familiar with the tech cables I was looking ofr and gave me good input regarding what might be happening in my computer-printer situation. He even checked to see if my external cd--dvd rom driver was working.

I love this store! The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! I especially like the printing department as they do a bunch of little jobs for me and they are done very well.

Thank you Derek Biernacki (Asst. Store Manager)for helping me with returned item that I purchased online without a receipt(also can't find an email yet). I was only able to show the cashier an order number from my screen shot that ordered on July 25th. The cashier wasn't able to give me refund to my credit card. She was about to give me a store credit that I didn't want it. She said because I didn't have a receipt!! I also tried to find a confirmed email from Office depot from my cell. I can't believe Office Depot doesn't has easy return policy even she checked my ID & checked the order number. It should have enough to prove it or show on her screen. She said didn't show on her system. Not everyone need a store credit & purchased just 14 day! She called a store manager.. DEREK came and did checked from my phone number and print out my ordered then was able to give me full refund.

Purchased a new Serta executive office chair and was impressed with the level of service I received. Employees were polite, and very helpful in answering questions and helping me make my decision. The store I was at did not have the chair I was interested in buying in stock, but staff was very helpful in checking other local office Depot stores and he located one in stock near by. On the way to the other store, I was texted on my phone that the chair was all set and ready for pickup. Once there, the purchase was quick and efficient and staff loaded it in my car. Very happy with my purchase

Logan is amazing. Great service and very experienced. I recently got a divorce. My husband cheated on me in the local gas station, so I moved to a different house and needed an office set-up. Logan helped me big time with his wonderful experience. I was very upset too because of the divorce, but I felt very happy knowing genuine people like him exist and care. I mentioned to him how upset I am due to the divorce and he enlightened me by saying "on a rainy day, Office Depot washes the pain away". It warms my heart. I wish my ex husband was as wonderful as him, anyways, thank you so much!

Todd did everything he could to allow me to purchase my composition books at the sale price. Perfect for completing my classroom set.

Walked in and the sales person came up and helped me find the correct printer ink, showed me the options available for purchase (single vs multi, small or XL, black or colors, or combo), and walked me back to the register. It was the best experience I've had in a store in about 3 years. Very helpful!

Easy to find items and quick checkout. Cashier very friendly and helpful with the coupons I had and which to use for my purchase.

John provided exceptional service as a cashier. He was pleasant considering all that's going on in the world today. John went above and beyond by checking the website to see if the items I've purchased were less to price match upon my request. The price on the website was higher however John was still able to provide a discount. Please elect John to receive the free lunch, promotion for your employees.

The staff at Office Depot in Sterling Heights, Michigan on Schoenherr Road at M-59 (Hall Road) are phenomenal!
