Eric Hernandez was great and genuinely wanted me to find the right fit of a car. Dave helped me through the financial process and was so personable. It was such a smooth and easy process. Nick was super helpful and transparent through the entire process. The finance department was prepared and didn’t overpressure me with add ons. The entire sales process was seamless and easy. I love my new truck!

I've been looking for about a month for a newer SUV and felt like I looked everywhere! Then I found Fox Chevy and stopped by this week to look at the (new) used cars. My old car started feeling a little long in the tooth so I reached out to Fox Chevrolet just to see what sort of offers they could provide, not thinking I would be ready to jump to something new just yet. I was put in touch with Sherry and she was so great about taking the pressure off the situation. She was so patient with me and happy to answer all of my questions. Working with her truly felt like talking through a decision with a friend. She made me feel comfortable in my decision to trade in my old car and lease a new vehicle. I can't recommend her enough. As soon as I drove into the service area I was assisted with my vehicle. Checked in and waited less than 45 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. Also, my car was washed!
Very polite and nice man assisted me.

I hate buying cars. The process makes my stomach hurt. I'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal.

My car died on Friday night. Seriously considered paying thousands of dollars for repairs instead of getting a new one. Realized I had to get a new one.

Went to the only dealership in my area that was open on Saturday. Eric Hernandez did a great job helping me purchase my new car. He was very patient as I test drove different models. He was not pushy. He did not talk down to me (as a female I get this a lot). Decided which car I wanted and picked it up on Monday. No problems at all. I highly recommend this dealership and Eric in particular if you need to get a new car.

I leased my last car from this dealership back in September 2023 and had a great experience!
After investigating/driving many 6-7 passenger SUV and minivans and comparing 3rd row leg room, prices (Chevrolet, Chrysler, VW, Honda, Toyota, Kia) Chevrolet Traverse was the best option.
Compared prices with dealerships in 25 miles radius with 5 final dealerships from which Fox Automotive and 2nd dealership provided the best lease deals, but Fox was closer to home.
I started the negotiation with Sherry S. She was very friendly and didn’t played games or make me wait when negotiating the final price and options.
Had to finalize the lease the following day and unfortunately Sherry had a personal urgent situation, but when reaching to Fox Jon R. took over and helped us/Sherry close the lease. He was great! Very kind, accommodating and walked me through the entire process, not rushing me but at the same time helping to complete the process quickly, processing a couple steps in parallel, again while giving me my time to read through and fill the paperwork.
1 minor hick up that the all-weather floor mats had 1 missing mat, but they got it within 1 week.
All in all was a great experience and a good deal, thank you Sherry and Jon!

The service advisor did an excellent job. I believe her name was Lina. Very courteous and professional. The service task was done to my satisfaction. I have been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Fox Chevy for many years and have no complaints.

When I first came in, I was told that I couldn’t use my Chevy "points" because the system was down. I was told that I would need to pay up front and not be able to get reimbursed when the system decided to work. This happened the last time I came in for service but the desk person dug up my account number (since it’s impossible to access bill fox internet on my phone), and eventually the points were applied that day. I was able to use my points this time also which saved me 80ish dollars. A big savings at Christmas time.
I guess I’m curious as to why this system is so difficult to access properly. It’s your system

Kevin Yencer is the best dealership sales associate I have ever met. He is trustworthy, easy to work with, and reliable. This is my 3rd vehicle with Kevin and each experience has been better and better. I like Fox and specifically working with Kevin so much, I recommended him to my mother and she leased her Equinox through him. Give this person a raise!

I had a bad experience at a rival Chevrolet Dealer. I stopped by Bill Fox Chevrolet and the salesman, Fred George and team took care of me and even bested the sales price of the other dealer.
