Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is one of our favorite restaurant. We always get unlimited salad and minestrone soup here. If you want good salad, soup and some pasta dishes, try this place and also kid friendly. I just wish I get more than 2 black olives. Overall, we like eating here and so far we only got great restaurant experience. Happy and satisfied customer here!!! 😊🥰💕😋👍

I haven't been to an Olive garden in quite a while. The food was good, the service was great. All the staff were very friendly. I even ended up leaving my purse at the table. When I realized it, I called and they said it was there in the manager's office. The workers there are honest, hard working people. It was greatly appreciated and I will now be a regular customer.

Our go to location was out of power. So was our pad. Decided to take a drive to Lakeside & what a pleasant surprise, no wait :)

Server was faster then the kitchen, beat the kitchen on apps with soups, the best bowl I’ve had in a minute. Pasta Fagioli with so much frickin cheese, server probably thought it was a prank. Absolutely delicious. I don’t care if you hate chains, OG knows how to do a great bowl of soup & breadsticks. Those soft rods of love smothered with butter & cheese, yes.

Also snagged a calamari appetizer, not sure why kitchens haven’t been serving lemons with seafood lately but It should be on the plate if you guys are taking notes.

I snagged a photo of our fried ravioli, they were perfect.

November 2023 - my two daughters under 8 and wife came here for dinner. First off the kids meals are awesome! My daughters loved their food and we had extra for leftovers. They decided on the spaghetti, chicken and french fries. My wife ordered the tour of Italy. She said it was good, however the lasagna was not like the picture. Maybe one row but not close that high in the photos. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. The chicken, pasta and sauce were good. I also ordered the Zuppa Toscana soup. It was ok, but I couldn't taste the Italian sausage. We ordered the $6 spaghetti to go for my oldest daughter. She said it was good. Overall, it was good. The waitress we had was wonderful. I would recommend coming here for dinner with the family.

All I want is more than two black olives. Overall, we enjoy our meals here, and thus far, we have only had positive dining experiences. This consumer is content and happy.

Ask for Tera D as your server!! She works Mondays through Fridays and she had been one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Extremely thoughtful, kind and quick! Made the evening absolutely perfect 🩷

Came in this afternoon and had Sydney as my server... she was fantastic! She was pleasant, and made great suggestions. From a guest standpoint, she was on top of everything. I never needed to ask for refills, as she always offered, and she never left us waiting too long before she checked back. From a former trainer standpoint she followed darden service standards to excellence. Salad and breadstick portions were spot on, even though it's so much easier for the server to load people up when youre busier.. it was always fresh and she even had a larger section. All together this visit was by far the best I've had at this location! Thank you Sydney for the excellent service, and thank you to the rest of the staff for the great food and atmosphere!!!

We have had both Ashley and Kristina as server's and both do fantastic every time! The prices do keep going up slightly though so it's only really worth it to go on a special occasion or when you're really craving it.

Waited only 5 minutes to get seated although it was 4pm on a Sunday. Once seated server came and took our order within 2 minutes. Warm bread, and salad was delicious. So was the spaghetti and meatballs. Nice comfortable experience. Taylor our server was fantastic!

We almost always have great friendly service here! We love going for the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks combo! I know waitresses probably hate that order, but we usually only refill the salad once, and tip well for it. But it's the perfect amount of food!

We had a great experience here, the food was the usual soup and salad and was delicious (Thank you to the kitchen!), but our waitress Taylor was superb! Best waitress we’ve had in over a year at a restaurant. She was attentive to us and all tables around us, had delightful personality to be served by, and was friendly to her helping coworker. Thanks Taylor for a great Sunday lunch!

We had a great experience here. The service was good and on time. We visited this place on weekend and it was almost full. We ordered 2 items and both of them were great. You get a free soup of your choice along with breadsticks for every item.

I love "Mom and Pop" restaurants, especially Italian eateries but a chain establishment it's pretty good and reasonably priced. My granddaughter loves it. Her fave is the Zuppa Tuscana. The portions are large so whatever you order there is plenty left over for the next day. We've always had great and very friendly service.

Our server Noah was very accommodating and polite! The food is always super tasty and plentiful. Definitely left with some leftovers and a full stomach! Delicious!

Excellent experience With Ashleigh R as our waitress. She made our experience fun and is my all-time new favorite waitress!!! This girl definitely needs a customer service position within the company. She is a very good asset to Olive Garden!!

The food was great, and the service was fast. I got the steak, which was cooked perfectly. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that it was a little cold inside, but overall, it was a great lunch.

To be honest, the 5 star is for the soup (specifically zuppa toscana), salad, and breadsticks. The last few times I went and got the fettuccine Alfredo, I was underwhelmed. But I’ve never been displeased with the S,S, and B deal!

Consistently good food and service. Plenty of options and specials, including all-you-can-eat.

We joined the wait list online tonight for our party of 4. We were sent a link to check in when we got there, so we did. We then got another text saying we were checked in, and would receive another text when our table was ready. This included a link to check the wait time/where we were at on the wait list. There were 2 parties ahead of us, no worries. The estimated wait time was “only a few minutes.” The parking lot was busy, so we assumed inside they were equally as busy. About 20 minutes after checking in, we still hadn’t gotten a text. Just as we were getting ready to go in we refreshed the link to check our place in line on this wait list. It then said we had been removed from the wait list and to speak with the host stand if we believe this was done in error. We went inside and explained how we were removed from the waitlist. The hostess told us, “Yeah. That was the one that was on there for 30 minutes before being removed.” I told her that it said we were supposed to get a text when our table was ready but never got said text. She then said no, that wasn’t true and after checking in stating we were there, we were supposed to go inside and speak to a hostess. So what’s the point of this “waitlist” then?

Needless to say, I am still giving them 5 stars. Why? Because our Waitress Sadie B was the best Waitress we have ever had, at any establishment. She was so kind immediately from the start. She went above and beyond our entire dinner. Sadie joked along with us when my Husband mentioned Olive Garden’s Alfredo sauce was our blood type. After this comment, she came back with 3 bowls full for us to dip our breadsticks in. When asking if we wanted cheese, she told us to let her know when to stop, or she can just never stop - our thoughts exactly! Keep it comin! Sadie made our dinner experience so much better than it started. We will ask to be seated in her section when we return!

Went with my family and in-laws (10 of us). We had our own room with a large round table. Amaya was amazing especially when dealing with my in-laws who are EXTREMELY picky. She was prompt, polite, and very patient. Food was great, and any inconsistencies were quickly resolved without issue. Look forward to going back next time we're in Sterling Heights
