Great place, glad that it's open now. Sold out of Yellow Spot unfortunately. Because it's like the best Irish whiskey.. Did not carry Old Grandad Whiskey though and Eagle Rare you better be waiting on stock day when they open apparently. Took quite a few pics so you get a good idea of what's going on and get an idea of the size of the place.

First experience! I placed an order online that was scheduled for a 2p-10p pickup time. But I'd placed the order at approximately 11:45 a.m. and was hoping to pick it up while still in the area. Well, I get to the store and let me tell you customer service, customer service, again I say customer service! An associate named John approached me asking is there anything that he could help me with. I explained my situation, he looked up my order, and it was not ready yet. But John went ahead himself and collected all the items in my order and brought it to me while I waited in an isle! Needless to say that I've been won over by John of TOTAL WINE and I'll be a reoccurring customer. Thank you, John!!

I really like this wine place. It's like you walk in as a kid in a candy store. There are so many options to choose from. They also have vendors you can wine sample, which is cool to decide if you want to try something new. Also, they offer a reward program the more points you get, and they add up to get coupons and money off!

Great place. Seemingly unlimited options for all tastes. One of my favorite things about them is they are one of the only places left that allow you to buy beer by the can/bottle. I miss the days of "Build your own six packs" where I could try a bunch of new stuff easily. Staff has also been friendly every time I have gone.

Total Wine has it all and then some. Honestly the prices are awesome; same items we get at or stores are 3-5 dollars cheaper here. It’s definitely a one stop shop for any alcohol you will need, they have it all. It seems like the aisles go forever; best recommendation is to go in there with a plan of certain items and stick to that.
If you take your wife plan to be in the store for a while and you can easily drop $300-$400 without even trying. This was our first visit and only planned to get a bottle of Amarone wine; over $300+ later.

Also they have a rewards card to build points. Issues is due to Michigan law you can only redeem on non-alcoholic items but still better than nothing.

Total Wine was the total package. Literally a one stop shop for any wine, liquor or beer you will need. They have it all. You can walk the aisles forever because they have wine from every region of the world, and great local brands.

When it comes to variety; its top knotch. Bourbon, Tequila, Scotch, Vodka, Rum, craft beers.....I mean they have it all. From the top specialty spirits to lower end...you can find it. You can expect great service, surprise taste test and great gifts. Sam was great and was extremelt helpful......They also have a snack aisle for your party or small gathering.

I have been in this chain store in Colorado. There i was searching for beer, and spirits. Here, i was perusing the wine. In both states the customer service was excellent. Every sales person i encountered, not only knew many of the product, but knew the layout of the store, was friendly, and genuinely seemed eager to assist. I received no pressure on one beverage over another, nor one price over another. There was just courteous help and friendliness. This store has some favorites displayed up front, then divided up by countries, and then subdivided by type.
They have reds, whites, sauternes, beer, spirits, snacks, and accessories. I meandered just about an hour there, and bought only 6 bottles, but the employee did warn me, upon my entering around 1:00, that they did close at 10:00.
I enjoyed the experience. The prices i knew from similar wines at other stores, were less costly here. I'm definitely going back. Their selection is quite mind boggling. Very nice!

Oh my goodness the selection here is phenomenal! They have all the high end liquor my Mr. Enjoys and they have so many little mini bottles like abstinence, lemon cello, and all my other favorite erotic liquors :-)

Enjoyed my first time visit to this store. I definitely wanted my free glasses. You can definitely become overwhelmed by options, but that's a good thing because this store is absolutely a one stop shop for any and all of your adult beverages.

Great selection of alcohol. Best selection of booze in maybe Macomb and Oakland County. Good selection of wine also. Unfortunately, they seemed to discontinue Boones Farm Snow Creek. They have never carried for some reason Richards Wild Irish Rose wine. I was looking for some obscure liquor for a customer of mine, and he said he could only find it in Chicago. I went to Total Wine after I found a retailer in Battle Creek that sold it and asked if they could special order it. The store manager looked it up and was able to order it. At Christmas they had 8 lanes open and that was still not enough. They have kegs of beer, single bottles, 12 pks and several sizes of liquor. Employees I have talked to have all been friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking it out. You won't be disappointed and you won't leave empty-handed.

This place is really cool! They didn't have what I was looking for, but it was fun to look around. Nice and clean with tons of selection. Friendly staff who can quickly identify where things are stored or if they are out of stock.

Total Wine and more is like the Toys R US of alcohol. Anything you want chances are they have it.

First time there. Had been wanting to go for quite a while. Glad I went! They have some really interesting stuff there!

It is hard to imagine a beer/liquor/wine store with a wider selection than Total Wine.
Add to that the wide aisles, the overall cleanliness and the well laid-out manner in which the store is organized. This isn't a mish-mash of things just stuffed in any open space, it's thoughtfully laid out with wine, spirits & beer in their own areas and intelligently organized within those areas.
My only complaint is the store is smaller than the ones I've dealt with previously (in FL). A staff member indicated that it was intended to be larger (another business leased a section of the original store layout before the deal was finalized and they pressed forward anyway. Glad they did).
The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to offer ideas to fill your needs. They'll take as much time as you need, customer service is job #1 here.
TW is my go-to craft beer store, period. Has been for years. The selection of brews, local, regional, national & international is outstanding. From the well-known, heavily advertised megabrew Pilsner lagers to seasonally available, locally brewed Imperial stouts to the best Belgian lambics and Trappist ales and everything else from everywhere else, they have it.
And, yes, the liquor & wine areas are just as expansive as the beer (for those who care about that kind of stuff).
I just wish the name was Total Beer.

Local liquor stores should be very afraid! This is the mecca of wine, beer, and spirits! They truly have it all and we are fortunate to have one of these stores in our community. I will be spending lots of time and money in this store.

This place has it all, and at great prices. And the staff is excellent. Always friendly and helpful, and willing to guide you if you can't decide on the perfect beverage for your tastes.
