The staff from owner down to the newest person care about the motorcycle community, the new rider and the brand. The owner and staff take great care of a nice building and it is in immaculate shape. Clean as a whistle and an exceptional place to see and make your first purchase. I spoke with Doc through text as well as by phone for about 2 weeks before pulling the trigger. 30 year motorcycle rider here who decided to finally seek out some instruction. I have to say I have no idea why I waited so long. Had a great 3 days with instructor Adam Wight who administered clear and concise instruction and had an easy going and supportive attitude. "

I visited Wolverine HD and drove from Lansing because they had two Sportsters I was interested in. It was worth the effort. Great place to buy a bike. My salesman was great he spent time with me and showed me what they had. I even met the owner. We just couldn't find what I was looking for, I think next year I'll spend the money on a new bike. The only negative is those mid manager they just want to sell bikes and disrupt the relationship between you and the salesman. I knew I could get a better rate through my credit union, but they alway say, "We have a relationship with your bank and get get you a better deal." When it comes back, they are always higher and will give you an excuse becauseof that. Next time, I'll get an out the door price and call my credit union for a check. They will just have to wait for processing.

11/7/23 I walked into Wolverine HD not knowing Id be departing with a new Street Glide. Id viewed the bike online weeks before. To my amazement it was still available. It might have been the easiest sale ever made. The entire staff was kind and courteous. It made the process enjoyable. Im looking forward to the next 5 years of having them service my new HD. I cant wait to twist the wick. "

I store my bike every winter at Wolverine and Jesse works with me on the early pay, checks me in when arrive in late October and also as I bring back out in April. I am a Motorcycle Safety Rep. for Selfridge Air National Guard Base and I just completed the ARC on 06-24-23, definitely a recommended course for new and experienced riders. Jerry and Cheri were both very informative and Tyler was excellent in demonstrating the techniques and drills. Wolverine Harley is extremely military friendly and supported our requirements to stay current. They also provide semi-advanced techniques and tricks that can help any street rider, both new and experienced. Some of the riders in the course had been riding for years and never even heard of the techniques that were taught in this class. Proves that you can always learn and this is a great and fun way to gauge and improve your riding skill.

My thanks to Doc and the whole Wolverine team for making our purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. Everyone at Wolverine is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Doc went out of his way to make sure his we were satisfied and had the information we needed.

So it has been over a week now. My husband and I went up to browse at a bigger bike for us, not expecting anything. DOC took care of us. He was absolutely spectacular! Told him what we wanted, where our price range was & he worked his magic. We went from a little bar hopping 750 Street Rod to a SEXY 22' Touring FLHTK Ultra Limited. Jordan and the team at Wolverine are the best it gets. Bought my second bike this year from them and both brothers and sister in law have purchased bikes this year. They never let their guard down, always top notch service. These guys will get you the right bike and ensure you are 100% happy. Cant thank them enough.
