Had a Nintendo Switch Lite repaired here... The repair Tech was AWESOME and went above and beyond to try and help me get what I wanted and needed in time for Christmas. PRICE WAS GREAT... PEOPLE WERE GREAT. 6 STARS. LOVE THIS PLACE. 🙂

I love coming to media reload for a lot of my vintage finds from comic books to vinyl albums. They have a huge selection of other amazing electronics from all kinds of gaming systems. The staff here is really knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Jeremy, Josh, Brody, Matt for always the great customer service.

I absolutely love this place!!😁 So many great products and interesting things to look at. When I found the pop figure of Aether, I was mind-blown! I have never found Genshin Impact pop figures anywhere else except here. A few times I've brought my Pokemon & Yugioh cards in to be looked at. I've also sold an Elite Series 2 Xbox controller with all the accessories and a Oculus Quest 2 here. Aside from their huge collection of comics, pop figures, cards, and records-- they offer really decent retail prices. The staff is incredibly nice and even funny. They are super friendly and simple to work with if you have any questions regarding items or selling. Go check this place out NOW!! Definitely worth it!! 🤗

I visit this store rather frequently and they’re always amazing. The staff is super friendly, prices are lower that most resale shops (some stuff is still high, but that’s just the current retro game market unfortunately) and the store is always super clean and organized. If you’re looking for a good game store, I HIGHLY recommend Media Reload

Fantastic shop!
They have an awesome selection of assorted nerd necessities, cards, video games, movies, figurines, anime & manga ect. The staff are all welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I have been in four times now and spent at least an hour each time nerding out with the staff about various hobbies. They seem to really love and care about their hobbies and it creates a wonderful atmosphere. Prices are very fair, typically a little bit cheaper than what I’ve found online for the items I’ve purchased. I Highly recommend checking this place out.

This local game store is probably one of the best game stores I have ever been to. You can buy, trade in, and repair electronics here. The workers here are super friendly and are willing to help you with anything! They have a huge selection of vintage and modern video games, Pokémon cards, blue ray/dvd movies, and more. The repair man here is super knowledgeable and gives a reasonable price on repairing electronics compared to other shops. I get majority of my video games/consoles fixed from here.

Amazing store. I have been looking for a retro gaming store along the M-59 corridor ever since Disc Replay closed a few years back. They have everything Disc Reply used to, and more! Games, POPs, CDs, comics, etc. I will definitely be back.

They have a lot of cool stuff and the staff is very friendly. I love the selection of different games and collectibles they have and the wall of Funko Pop figures is pretty cool.

Tried out this location for Record Store Day (April 23, 2022). Everything ran very smoothly. Before opening an employee started with the first person in line and worked their way to the end. They asked what what record(s) they were there for and held them behind the counter that way we were free to browse without causing a stampede and everyone got what they wanted in the order they arrived in line. I thought this was very fair and made things less stressful! I am sooooo happy I was able to get a copy of The Lakes! I did have to venture to a few other stores for some other titles that their store did not have, but I was willing to make the sacrifice knowing how well they ran their opening of Record Store Day! Thank you for making this a great first experience! I will definitely be back next year!

Been coming here every couple of weeks since they opened. Usually find at least one new item to add to my game collection, much to my fiancés joy and excitement… Very friendly staff, fair prices and everything is well organized. Media Reload is similar to Disc Replay, except its way cleaner, nicer and pleasant.

By far my favorite game/video/vinyl store. They have an amazing roundup of items that are changing daily. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and their prices are great! They have punch cards to earn $25 gift cards, and they also do four used items equal one free used item. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I went in there a couple weeks ago to have them help me with getting both of my boys Nintendo Switches on different accounts and it was very confusing separating everything. The people there were above and beyond with trying to help me. They were able to figure it out and we're extremely patient. This was not my first time going there for help either. They are a great company and I will definitely be going back to them.

Unlikely place to find great deals on records! Used and new along with video games, systems and gaming accessories. Friendly staff and surprising prices.

Bought and sold some Pokémon cards, they are some really nice people that helped me pick out and sell my cards for a reasonable price. Looking forward to going back and buying and selling more cards or video games. They also take many things like funko pops, games, music, vinyl, etc

Very clean and friendly environment, the staff are insanely helpful and friendly. Prices are extremely fair everybody saying otherwise don't understand how inflation works. The manager is also a Gem I had a few issues and he compensated me with a $5 game. Been coming here for a year and don't ever plan on stopping! They also have very great selections everytime no fail.

Media Reload is one of, if not my favorite game/record store in Michigan. I've bought and sold many things with them and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful each time. Jeremy, the manager, has helped me one on one with the countless trades I brought in. Super great dude. Great selection of games, cards, collectibles, all for a really good price compared to Disc Replay or other game locations. Amazing staff, amazing place, can't recommend Media Reload enough!

I'm surprised by how much I like this store. Their prices are fair, merchandise is good quality, and staff are friendly and helpful. I've had several positive experiences buying video games and pokemon cards there.

Friendly service with a lot of video games and magic the gathering cards to buy and trade and sell. The service guy behind the counter Todd answered all my questions about a game before I bought it. I haven’t had issues with the disc. 5-stars

This store is like disc replay. But better. This store has become my favorite store.

Store was very clean and organized. Great selection of games across retro to modern. Worked with both Jeremy and Eric. Both were extremely nice, patient to answer questions and knowledgeable. Eric even swapped out a Gamecube plastic case for a better one to make my complete copy that much better. Prices are also fair especially for the quality of the items.

Finally, I specifically want to call out Jeremy. I watched and heard him be kind, patient, friendly and uplifting to a member of the special needs community. I know we are just talking about a video game store but it was amazing to see that kindness on display.
