DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I visited the Scheonherr and Hall Rd DSW today.. WOW!! The service there was absolutely Amazing!! Two Associate shout outs... 1.) Heather, who Kindly and Joyfully helped me find the exact winter boots in the correct size that I had been searching for. 2.) Grace, who rang up my purchase and then Happily and Magically was able to give me a great price. Thank you ladies❣ I am incredibly Grateful to both of you and will only be shopping at this location from now on 😀💖✨

Exceptional customer service from Nona. I was looking for a wide shoe and she showed me multiple options to see if we can get a shoe in store or online. I didn’t end up buying any shoes but was appreciative of the customer service from Nona.

Great store with a large selection.

My wife loves this place. I always have to find someplace to sit down. When I shop, 10-15 minutes, done. The wife says "I like these, they fit", and then proceeds to look a 30 more pairs of shoes. My new strategy, stay on that 1st pair til death!

Found what I wanted and extremely happy with the ladies who work here. They were so helpful and pleasant. That should be the norm for any business but these days it's an unusual and amazing find worth mentioning.

They generally always have something that you can find for what you're looking for. Was looking for tennis shoes and boots for my daughter, was not disappointed. Cashier help me find some sales, which save me some extra dough.

I have been driving my friend around to different shoe stores looking for white sandals. Mind you she is almost 91 years old and still gets around. We decided after trying shoe carnival and famous footwear, Wal-Mart, Meijer.. with no help from any of the stores staff or results ourselves, we tried DSW. We were greeted by a wonderful lady named Tiffany. She was so patient and kind to my friend and she went out of her way to find the perfect sandals for my friend. Tiffany deserves to be recognized and hopefully rewarded for her excellent customer service. My friend told her that she was having a down day and Tiffany was so delightful and brightened her day. I agree 100%! It is a rarity in this day and age to find someone who is so compassionate and someone that will go above and beyond for their customers. May God bless her for making our day.

Great selection of shoes. The girl helping me out tried on multiple pairs of high heels for me so I can pick the right pair for my girlfriend. Very helpful staff

If you want great shoes for great prices (free membership gives away coupons and benefits like crazy), then DSW is the best place to go. Literally a shoe lover's paradise.
