First Minnetonka City Bank

Excellent bank. I've had personal and small business accounts with them since they were First Minnetonka City State Bank in 1978. Their ATM card is a less expensive alternative to credit cards to access foreign currency when travelling. They helped me on the phone when in Istanbul. They hire good people. We're fortunate to have them in our community.

Banked with FMCB since moving to MN in 1992. Small town full service bank with personalized service. They have helped with car loans, boats and even a townhome purchase. Highly recommend

FMCB has been our bank for approx. 14 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We don't live in the immediate area anymore but their excellent service and great remote product offerings it hasn't been a problem. We thank you all at FMCB for keeping the small town service in todays world.

The building and inside of the bank is very outdated.

I would not recommend banking here, very unprofessional.The teller I had the misfortune of dealing with was extremely rude and dismissive. She seemed to care more about checking her phone then dealing with a customer. Also it seems as if they don't bother to enforce basic hygiene standards with there employees, this young women's body oder was so strong that I had to breath through my mouth. I will definitely be looking for a new bank

I talked to a lady banker there. Maybe Anita didn't quite get her name. I called about my Mom's accounts who in going into a care center. This is no joke my Mom is dying. She was rude no compassion. To treat people who are only trying to do best for a loved one is uncalled for. So she is some hard nose banker. This is not where I would bank. If you like to be treated with respect don't bank here.

I have never had worst service in my life. After trying to contact a manager for a complaint they hung up on me and refused to give me the head office number to make a complaint. I am very disappointed as I have been dealing with this bank for a while now but I would not refer any one to them at all.
