Lush Cosmetics Polaris

This is the nicest and coolest place ever. My six year old daughter brought us in (definitely caught her eye) and the staff were so nice and the prices are affordable. We got to test out bath bombs and soaps. They have face masks, bath bombs, the neatest soaps, etc. Will be returning over and over. We love it!!

I feel awful because I can’t remember the store managers name but she was so extremely sweet and helped me find everything I was looking for!! Actually both girls today were super sweet, went the extra mile for every customer in the store, especially the manager is so kind everytime I come in she’s so inviting and just seems like she loves her job, truly a ray of sunshine but she was there today on 9-4 around 2Pm!!! The whole staff was a 10/10, only reason I go to the mall is for lush so it’s so nice to have workers that make you want to come back!!

Probably my favorite Lush location. Small but they have everything I need. The staff is really nice and not over baring as well. I just love shopping here!

A. I am a LUSH LOVER. I decided to visit the Polaris mall and shop at lush. I called prior! The store manager answered. So sweet. Pleasant and charming. I had asked about a new product and if they had it in stores. She said no. but they had samples. Made the trip. They didnt hound me at the store. They gave me time to shop and browse ALONE. Lol I'm the person that when I have questions I will come up to you. Bahaha. But they all said hello when I walked in. Of course the person I finally walked up to was the person I spoke to on the phone. I'm sorry I forget your name :( knowledgeable. Kind. Pleasant and made me feel like a special friend. Sharing the news products. They gave me 4 samples of the new Product. I love this one compared to Easton. I was there shopping early afternoon. I will be back :)

Was there last night (2/6/23) with my partner and had the most wonderful conversation with the two people there. This is why I’ll always come back to this location. Thanks for a wonderful evening you two! It made our night:)

I really enjoy coming to this location. Never had any complaints after my many many visits!

Not all of their products work for me (the juniper shampoo makes my scalp break out and the argan oil serum is too sticky for my face and increases acne), but I love their focus on reducing waste and packaging. I know this location has closed earlier than stated hours at least once, but hey it's plague time and the associates are super nice and helpful.

The staff here is so friendly. I’ve worked with the same employee the last few times I’ve come in (I think her name is Grace?) and she’s wonderful. She recommended a few products for me the first time after listening to all my concerns and asking many questions about my skin. Most of the products worked but the mask unfortunately did not, which was no where near her fault. I came back in and told her that I was again in search of a mask. She immediately remembered me and recommended another mask for me basked on my reaction to the last mask, and she also showed me a toner that I ended up buying. She is so sweet and so helpful every time i come in. Not only that but when I went to check out with my new mask and toner, the cashier insisted that the mask was “on them” since the last mask I purchased didn’t work for me. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, wonderful products, wonderful company.

This store is very clean and well organized. They have all their products displayed so you are able to pick them up and smell them. I also love the new naked style where they only use paper bags, absolutely no plastics. The girls who worked here were very sweet also!

Amazing experience, their products are always so yummy smelling and I can never make up my mind lol, but the associate was so patient and walked me through all.of the ingredients and purposes of the different bath bombs, then at check out she asked me what type of sample I'd like...usually they just throw something in to try which is fun, but she went through her sample inventory and found a little bath bomb for me that she'd thought I'd like. I used my first the night I got home, but the second sat in my closet for a few weeks until I had the stomach flu and it is so calming and relaxing, and creamy and wonderful (white elephant bomb) (she just went to.angel status lol). I wish I remembered her name, but they will do a.perfect job at Polaris getting your.loved one the perfect Christmas gift, this will be where I send my hubby...a stocking stuffed to the gills with bath bombs 😍 lol🤞

I absolutely love LUSH. Every product I’ve tried so far is amazing. Shower gels, bath bombs, shampoo and conditioner, I’ve gotten a lot of my stuff from this store.

I went in today to find a friend a few items for a bridal shower. I was helped by Danni (spelling may be wrong), and she was just the sweetest woman. She was able to help me pick out just the right gifts, and was very helpful in explaining rosy cheeks (something I’ll be buying for myself). She was very nice and friendly. Great experience!

This LUSH store is my all time favorite. They have everything you need, packed into one, wonderful smelling place. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything. All the products are amazing and do a wonderful job. My most recent purchase was their Cinders body wash (seasonal) and Scrub Scrub Scrub which is a sea salt shower scrub. All products are to die for and keep me coming back for new products or refills of old.

Staff was beyond kind and extremely helpful when I was curious about a new hair care routine. They gave me samples and multiple demonstrations of products. Love the people there and the products are so worth it. Great environment will forever be returning to this location!

I love this place. As I've gotten older, I've developed a lot of allergies to skin products and I suffer from cystic acne on my chin. The staff are always knowledgeable about products and helpful when trying to find the right thing for my needs. They will get water and towels and let you try any product in the store and show you how to use it. love the scents of their lavender products. This store can get very crowded, especially around the holidays. My partner tried to go here to buy Christmas presents and had to wait in line just to get into the store. Their return policy, even for items purchased online, is fantastic. As long as the item has half of the product left you can exchange for anything else of equal value in the store, even without a receipt! There is no time limit on returns either.

Love the amazing products! And so do my kids! (they are probably more obbessed than I am) I always try to include a lush product in all their gifts. The staff is always helpful and so sweet and nice to my kids. Love how they are willing to demo any products we have questions about.
