I love Barnes & Noble. We used to stop in all the time but we don’t go to the mall anymore. We went in yesterday and I realized how much I miss it. They carry a lot more gifts (similar to Hallmark) than they used to.

Friendly staff, great book selection.

The only thing I would change (not there fault) is that the indoor Starbucks can’t except Gift cards, rewards points.

This is the famous book store, located on Polaris parkway and connected to Polaris fashion mall. This one is very big book store first floor mainly for adult books and other stuff. The second floor mainly for toddle to younger kids. The second floor setup was nice as kids can play and also read books on the stage. They do have separate section for toys and learning instruments. If you are book lover then you should visit.

I haven't been in a bookstore in a long time and I'm so glad I went. This place brought back all of the good feels that I used to have when being at a bookstore. It's a very comforting shopping experience--Very well stocked sore, clean, and pleasant.

Has such a great amount of organized books.
I just wish this location had a bigger selection of fantasy books. But that's just me.
Their kids section is so much bigger than the other ones I've been to.

I've always liked Barnes & Noble no matter which location I've visited. The sections are generally well laid out and the staff tends to be very helpful.
I also enjoy the random tables of eclectic assortments of books that I may otherwise not have come across. The music sections are also usually well stocked with something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the album array in Baltimore's location.

I love the options and the vibrance. Staff are super helpful and able to point you directly to what you're looking for. This store has two floors, which you can get to using the escalators. Don't be discouraged. It's easily accessible for a variety of peoples needs. There is a visitor friendly elevator at the rear of the escalator.

Fantastic shop especially around the holidays, much more than just books...games and puzzles a plenty, other collectibles like harry potter, plenty of stuff to find for the holidays

Love the store and layout. The staff have great suggestions and overall helpful in finding what you are looking for.

Visited for a Star Wars/Children's Hospital Fundraiser event hosted by Rebel Watch Podcast. The store seemed very accommodating and the staff were great. Loved the two levels with bright, open balcony. A wonderful space to shop for books.

Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Many books,gadgets, and stuff to look at. Coffee shop also available

So happy to see the escalator finally got fixed! I absolutely love going to B&N, this particular one in my favorite so far. So many books to browse, doesn't feel clustered.

It was a quick visit to pick up a new book, got "Fourth Wing" by Rebecca Yarros. Fast service, questions about the book answered, overall an ideal visit.

Thousands of books, new magazines, puzzles, games, unique wrapping paper, cafe, and more. Pleasant staff. Love to stop in or spend the day!

Nice and clean Barnes and Noble people working are always friendly hit you up once with a suggestion or two and then let you wander. Picked up a couple nice books from the cardboard suggested by blurbs they do under some of the books they like best.

Friendly staff. If you enjoy brick and mortar book stores this is a good one.

It's huge and you can get lost for hours in the selection of books.

I love this bookstore when I'm in columbus. They normally have everything you're looking for, and if not, they do not hesitate to help you get it. However they have escalator that's broken down and my six year old was teasing his dad about throwing something down the only one that worked and his dad was telling him he can't do that and why about the same time a worker decided she was going to yell at him and treat him terribly. My sons father had to tell her to back off that he was dealing with it, and there was no need to treat him like that. She was yelling so loud at him I could hear them down stairs and I looked up and watched it. If it wasn't for my son's dad telling her to back off, I would have come up and told her myself. She treated him awful!
