For starters walking and not being an avid skateboarder my daughter and I both felt very comfortable. The gentleman that helped my daughter was very nice took his time and explained every part of the process. We left with a one of a kind board setup for my daughter. She's in love with it and the guy boosted her confidence.

Great Zumiez location in the mall. They have more skateboards here than typical Zumiez stores which was interesting. I love what they sell here. Due to Covid, people have to be let through a small barrier in order to keep the maximum capacity controlled. This makes sense and it is good they are doing their part in preventing the spread.

Tip: look into the store if you’re in line to get in so you know where to go first.

School shopping- and the team working today was super! So friendly, and helpful. It was refreshing because the kids working at the other trendy places were not even remotely outgoing. I really appreciate the extra effort to smile and chat :)

upon entering staff immediately asked what we were interested in and were loads of help. aaron helped me get set up with a skateboard and was extremely attentive and helpful. took about 20 minutes and it looked amazing. he explained everything very well and gave lots of advice. would definitely recommend going here if you’re a skater or just want some cool clothes, stickers, etc. amazing experience

We went there and there was workers having conversations with the buyer and it was awesome that they care about the buyers and they dont just want them to leave. Overall amazing supply and service.

I love getting skateboarding stickers here and to look at what's new. Always get my shoes from this store. Get such a great price all the time.
