Had a very good experience. Yasir came over to me after a minute of being there to assist in helping me decide on what Mac to get. He was very cool dude to talk to. Had a good conversation about what schooling I was into. He asked good questions about what I’m gonna use to computer for and made his recommendation. Was in and out in 10 minutes, I hope to work with Yasir again on my next purchase!

Came in with water damage thinking I would spend an arm and a leg to replace my screen. I waited for maybe five minutes to be assisted. Mike asked me what I was there for and then prompted to remove my screen protector because he saw the water damage on it. He then wiped my screen clean, and my keyboard was working. Shout out to Mike for being super nice and helping a sista out 😂

I Came in to the apple store because my phone wouldn’t charge or connect to my computer for a couple weeks.. i tried cleaning it out several times and every thing… i came in got, an appointment and 30 seconds later Mr.Chris came, heard my concern and assured me it was just dust and he’d have out in minutes.. 2 mins later thats what happened … he also gave me this to show me (see picture) how much i missed when i tried… Thank you very much Apple .. Chris needs a raise great customer service

No matter what your brain tells you, how careful you think you'll be, or what costs you are trying to save- GET THE APPLE CARE. After a couple of years, my display broke from normal wear and tear, and I had to get the entire display replaced. It would be $600, but I did not pay a thing because I got the Apple care. Had it back to me in like two days.

Customer service at this place is terrible! Jared that was supposed to be able to help me couldn’t and just wanted to sell me another phone for $500.00! I’m still using the same phone and will buy another phone from someone or some place else!

This is one of the busiest store in the Polaris fashion mall. This one is located below the below the food court and next to van more store. This store is like typical apple store with big hall and tables for each apple specific items. I have been here n number of times as I use apple items. The staff are friendly and help you if you have any questions or doubts. If you are visiting for repairs then I suggest to make appointments online otherwise it will be long wait. Most of the items will be in stock here but it gets very busy during weekends so make sure to check online once.

I just went in to get a gift card abd Michael helped me. He had just moved up from Houston and he was so friendly and patient.

Went in with what I feared was an expensive issue. Jared found a quick and painless solution and my iPhone is working like it’s brand new!

Went in with issues of storage, not receive pictures sent to me, etc. I was quickly greeted and I had a very nice man (I forget his name but he was so patient and kind!) ask me what was going on and let me know my options. With thorough explanation, we figured it would be best to get a new phone. I was handed over to Britannie who was the sweetest person I’ve ever met and helped made the process so easy. You can really tell Apple workers care about their customers and making sure they feel okay. Funny to say I would want to go back everyday just to talk with them!

Went to pick up my iPhone 15 Pro Max the staff were very friendly and assisted me right away the process was quick and easy.

Mark was awesome. I took in my laptop to get fixed and the entire time the options he laid out and the fixes he figured out and suggested made everything so smooth and easy. He was also so personable and fun and made my experience so much better.

Later, when I had to buy a laptop, I got really lucky and Courtney set me up with a great trade in discount and was so helpful snd fun like Mark was. Thank you two!

This location has the best customer service and experience out of any Apple store I’ve visited. The staff is always friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. They have always resolve my issue in-store and have had what items I wanted to purchase in stock.

Staff was great and very friendly. In and out in like 45 minutes and new phone had everything including cell service. Phone was not repairable so my daughter got a new one.

Awesome CSR. My email had crashed and she was able to recover it and ensured it was working properly.

I was honestly surprised about all the 3 star and lower reviews. I went in and immediately got greeted and was even able to make an appointment for right after I walked in. Barely even a 5 minute wait time, and the gentlemen (I forgot his name, he helped me with my Apple Pencil) was very kind and patient as he ran through several diagnostics to figure out what was wrong.

Staff was very friendly and quick to help and get the issues resolved!! will definitely return in the future if I need help or plan to make a purchase.

I had a great experience at this store. Had an appointment for a battery replacement in my old iphone. They were very prompt - actually took me ahead of schedule. Repair was done in less than 1 hour, although there was a "shadow" on the display caused when the phone was re-assembled. They ended up replacing the display for me at no charge and it only took 20 minutes more. Very helpful staff!

I stopped by to pick up my new iPhone 12 Pro. My salesman Danny was so helpful I ended up getting a lot more accessories to make life easier. Danny spoke with facts and looked up every spec I had a question about. His energy and customer service are well above par. Deserving of a raise! And thank you for the military appreciation discount!
