I had an amazing shopping experience. I purchased a new suit for an upcoming meeting and had no idea what I was doing but Soeb and the other gentlemen working in the men’s suit in the afternoon, whom i unfortunately wasn’t able to get the name of, helped me tremendously. Over 2 hours I was asking questions and they were more than helpful and I was able to find a perfect suit. Thank you so much!

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff! Showed up 10 mins before they closed and all never felt rushed. I had to exchange a luggage box I'd gotten less than a week ago before I came to Columbus and they were so patient with me. The one I bought in Arizona wasn't sold here so it took me some time to find a replacement one. They ended up staying a little late just to make sure I was happy. Thanks y'all. Very satisfied.

Macys is the only place I will ever buy a suit. The prices are by far the greatest deal and most locations still have a tailor available that can alter garments as needed. The fitting rooms were freshly cleaned and spacious with great lighting and mirrors. The Macy's sale currently going on especially with a Macy's card makes it by far the best deal in town. Don't forget to check the last act for clearance items that are a hidden treasure.

Today we visited this location from WV. I was able to chat with a wonderful sales associate in the purse department. I told her I was a former retailer and how impressed I was with this location. I had not been here since before COVID. IT LOOKS 1,000% better. The marketing, visuals, merchandise all looked amazing. The store was easily accessible to product and the layout was very impressive. This location has the best customer service, welcoming faces and definitely is the best anchor store in Columbus. You have set the bar high and customers will appreciate all of the hard work that has been done to create these experiences. Keep it up! I was impressed!!

Goal, Lancome Makeup. They have the nicest, friendliest and most helpful associates I have ran across in a long time. I would highly recommend. The lady helping us was an actual esnatician. Win, win!

A gentleman salesman assisted me. I was returning an item that I didn't try on before purchasing it. I loved the item and wanted to keep it but it was too big. The mannequin was wearing my size. I decided to exchange instead. I explained my situation to the gentleman. He went and removed the blouse from the mannequin. He was very pleasant, friendly and did not judge or make me feel like a burden. He presented like Macy and Lazarus stores used to present. Outstanding customer service. Sorry that I did not get his name. He was at the check out in the Levi plus size area.

Don't always have what I need, BUT, it's a great store. You can find anything on line.
