McDonald's

This is one of the higher quality McDonald’s in Columbus. The restaurant was very clean as well with the bathroom. My order was fast and made the way I ordered it. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

This is my favorite McDonald's, hands down. Food is always on point, but the service exceeds that. The employees here are amazing. Greet you with a smile and get your day off to a great start. Kudos to the staff!!!

Our go to place for breakfast coffee. We save our receipts and do the on line surveys which gets us a buy one get one breakfast sandwich or quarter pounder with cheese. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. They bring our order to the table 😎

This location is always ROCKING IT! Even when the line is crazy long, they crush it every time. Have never had a long wait time. They always keep it moving at perfectly respectable pace. The only complaint I could have other than the rare, occasional minor mix-up (which happens everywhere and is just an understandable part of life and not worth a bad review or being rude or mean to the staff about) is that the shake machine is sometimes down. Just the worst when you're absolutely craving a shake, especially a specialty shake like the Shamrock Shake. The speed at which their breakfast line moves shocks me every time. So fast!

Food was very fresh at turn over time which was a nice surprise. The service was quick and friendly a positive Mc Donald experience

They lined my nuggets up perfectly in a box. YES. THANK YOU!

It's mcdonald's so the food is fast food what do you say about that i don't think most people look 4 a grates tasting mill when you go to a fast food restaurant. However then need to focus on cleaning the seating area.

Was picking up a late night delivery and was a little apprehensive, because of previous delays from other McD's, I was dreading the wait time.
However, the service was fast & accurate!
And the Customer Service was AWESOME!
It really makes a difference, when my time is considered (especially when I get paid per trip).

Our experience today was perfect—from the order being taken, paying and receiving the order. Everything was fresh, made correctly and efficiently. Way to go Michael and crew!

Stopped here with my daughter after a volleyball tournament 2/3/2019 around 7pm. Staff was friendly, and even brought our order to our table. A gentleman and his two kids came in and didn’t speak English very well. The young man taking orders was extremely kind and polite to them, helping them to make sure their order was correct.

New smoothies mango or berry banana are ggggrrrrreat! Get large ,you'll regret it if you dont!!

Updated review: Food was good, hot and fast. Like the concept they started for dine in customers where they bring out your food to you. Let's you as a customer voice any concerns you have with your order and lets the management/employee have another chance to make a great impression.

I left the McDonalds location on Dublin and Granville tonight in tears. Every time I go over there in which live down the street, the incompetent employees act like they cannot take an order in drive through. that is more than two items. Then they want to call you names and loud mouth like your the problem. Like you can't hear them. Tonight PROVED my point!! It's not me, it's that TERRIBLE LOCATION!! Left and went to the McDonalds location down Cleveland Ave by O Charlies and Home Depot. IT was like Night and Day, I could not believe it. The Gentleman who took my order was so PROFESSIONAL at this location it was breath taking and well appreciated. I said my order to him only 1 time and no problems what so ever. The same thing I tried to order at the other location. I also found out that the other location on Dublin Granville was over charging me for my food. At the Cleveland Ave location directions above I paid more than 10 dollars LESS. Are you kidding me, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT TASTING FOOD THAT IS ACTUALLY MADE CORRECTLY AND SERVED HOT, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, means the world to me on a not so great day. I will now take my business and money to the new McDonalds location on 6221 Cleveland Ave. Manager was also Outstand and the Gentleman who took the money. I just can't believe how it's the same company and the service was so out of this world. I can't say enough GOOD things about them tonight.

Fast drive thru service and my food was done just right.

My burritos were soft, hot and delicious. Not cold, hard and inedible. Fast delivery. So thank you team.

The people here are very nice. There is a particular young man who usually takes my money and chats with me. He deserves a raise! I look forward to his service again. Other than that it is McDonalds. I haven't got a bad meal at this location which is more than I can say for the others in my area.

Stopped by today and did enjoy my purchase. Can see alot of bad employees have gone. New employees have come. And doing a far better job.
